Okay so I've brought this up a couple of times on here, and gotten explanations such as “maybe the kids aren't really his” (something I very much doubt) ..or some other explanation
But can someone please discuss with me how the hoax can possibly be pulled off with the custody battle over his kids currently taking place. Would he really let katherine and Debbie, or whoever else fight for them if he were alive?
I want to believe he is alive very much, but before I do that I need some discussion to address my doubts.
Belive me I do want to help put together the puzzle just as much as the rest of you..

well..it has been said that Debbie is now allowing Katherine to get the kids. The hearing is delayed once again, until August third. I guess we all have to just sit back and wait to see how this all unfolds.

Neither Katherine or Debbie are fighting. The latest news is that Debbie wants the children to stay with Katherine. She was concered with Joe being around them though.
Debbie isn't after money or the children, she just wants to make sure they will be safe in Katherine's care.
I think I read that on Google news today.
I don't even know why Debbie really got involved if she didn't want the children or money.
Joe and Katherine live seprate lives in different houses in different towns…
I don't see this as a battle though.

DawneVee — here's my thoughts.
While Katherine and Joe are estranged, it would seem, I got the impression from the “Special” the other night that he still is around a lot, just that they don't live together. It's possible and understandable that Debbie feared that he'd try to get his meathooks into the kids and knowing what she'd obviously have known about MJ's experiences with Daddy-o growing up, she wanted to be sure that that wouldn't happen. Don't blame her. Not long after the Memorial he was interviewed and was blabbing on about how great Paris can sing and how great Blanket can dance. I think everyone knows the dude is all about money – money over family…….and I sense that out of respect for the children she had, and mostly for MJ, she wanted to take whatever steps were necessary to ensure Joe wouldn't ruin their lives. Just my 2 cents.

So you are saying that it is in fact a hoax because the children are kept in contact with those who are close to him?

Good point. Don't know why I didn't of that. Well I hope the courts will figure something out to keep Joe's claws restrained. I mean I really would like to see him be a real grandfather to those children, but all he wants to do is get them in the spotlight. That disgusts me.
