yes, sure. If they have DNA/fingerprints to compare with.

It's only possible if they have DNA from the real MJ to compare, or at least from his parents. Also, DNA matching is normally only done if the body is unrecognizable, which it wouldn't be in this case, so unless they had a special reason to suspect the body wasn't Michael, they wouldn't test for it.

also i was wondering if it is taking so long because you have to clean the skin of any makeup  and when they did  they found out and  now they are teyint o figure out  how to deal with it and think about it the jackson brothers are in jamaca right now till the 25th  doin a concert lol  they are really bringing in the money  on this

Frankly, I don't believe that the autopsy results are going to tell us anything.   If this is a hoax, it's guaranteed (at least in my opinion) that the world will merely be told that MJ died of cardiac arrest due to the drugs in his system.   I'm willing to bet that there will be a lot of “inconclusive” findings that will then lead to claims that there's not enough to “charge” any doctor (because think about it, if it's a hoax do you really think they're going to charge someone who isn't guilty?).  

It's possible there never was a body to begin with, which is where I'm leaning toward.   If there had been a body, SURELY someone from EMS or LAPD or hospital staff would have 'leaked' something to someone and it would have made the tabloids………..but there's nothing, zippo.  

I think the stall with regard to the multiple autopsies and results of same is merely a smoke-screen to stall and buy time because perhaps they didn't think this all through and now they don't know what to tell the public.   Also, once the results are in and the cause of death (or contributing factors to cause of death) is announced, then that means they can bury him…………and you KNOW the paparazzi will be there like hawks trying to get pics…………..but if there's no body, what are you going to bury?  (of course I guess they could pretend there is one and we'd never know the difference).

I don't think the public will ever get the truth and having said that, I don't think we will ever conclusively know that MJ is still alive; short of him being sighted by a reputable source (and photographed)…………….or him choosing to reappear later on.

I think there HAS to be a body. Someone HAD to be declared dead. If there were no body, we would know. Not everyone is a decent person, SOMEONE who knew something would leak it for money. Witch is why I think there isnt too many people involved with the hoax…

I read somewhere not long ago that there were autopsy pics on Perez but they took it down but they said u could still see them on myspace. I didnt check coz im afraid to look at them in case it was him. anyone willing to do that?

I somehow missed the thing with the 3rd autopsy.

It would be about time, to ask a Coroner. Does anyone here know a Coroner whom he/she

could ask, if this is the normal way of handling such a thing?

And also, where I live there are legal regulations about burying (or burning) a dead body

within a certain time after death. What is the legal situation in California, USA?

And, if “there is a 'body' at all”, which I am beginning to doubt, why all that fuss?

People are corrupt and do almost everything for the right amount of amount of money.

(I can also be convinced easily about anything with lots of money!)

Death Certificate, Casket, Ambulance (?), Memorial, autopsies, fotos, videos, interviews, ….

Oh, and by the way: may the Coroner (Ed Winter?) simply give the autopsy and toxicology

report to any media? Must these not be given only to the family (whatever they do with it)?

Should it be base for criminal investigation it might not even be given to the family.

Last not least do all official findings have a significant impact on insurances etc.

I just did a search on Google and the allegation that there are MJ autopsy pics floating around is BS.   The only reason I even looked is because I wanted to confirm that this “rumor” is just that.   There's a crapload of hits for MJ Autopsy Pics but when you go to each site, most only contain the infamous 'ambulance pic' and nothing more.   Of everything I've read regarding this topics, I've yet to come across comments of anyone who's reported having seen such pics.   To me it's nothing but a sordid, tacky, sensationalistic rumor that was created merely to pique the curiosity and get people frantically searching for the pics and “proof” that he is, in fact, dead.  It's all a bunch of BS.   Whoever starts rumors such as these should seriously get a life.   This is a high profile case and you can rest assured that if he was dead (which I don't believe he is), coroner's office staff would be meticulous with respect to privacy and confidentiality due to significant risk of a major lawsuit for breaching said privacy/confidentiality.
