Michael Jackson Hoax Death

The album “Unfinalized” with some new songs on it, was published in 2008 by Epic (MJUNFLP01). Epic now belongs to SONY, as we all now. Why was the album never really published??? The source I had posted a while ago where you could listen to the songs (samples) has now run “out of stock”.   And, it was a “Limited Edition DJ Promo! 

Michael spoke up against SONY, because they didn't really promote his unvincible album (can be watched at youtube – Michael does speak quite a lot there, and doesn't make himself many friends!) I also remember Michael “demonstrating” against SONY some years ago, holding up a poster saying “SONY sucks” (or something like that). I don't think we'll find that pic anymore….

The “Unfinalized” album does NOT include “Place with(out) no name”. This song (25 sek. of it) was seemingly only distributed through internet on July 16th. (tmz only reported about it on July 17th – that's quite late, tmz-babes).

Now, with the “Unfinalized” only being a DJ Promo it probably didn't contain all the usual info of recording studio, mixing studio, mastering (if done at all), who holds the rights, etc.

I can't find this kind of info about “Place with no name” anywhere either, hehe.

Hmm, all solo albums Michael has done, where recorded an mixed by Bruce Swedien (Bruce and Michael have been friends for a long time) except “Blood on the dance floor” and “Ghosts”. So, maybe Bruce wuold know more……..

What's funny, though, normally you make most money in music with the rights (so you get paid whenever the song is played). There needs to be a minimum length though. So why is this sample only 25 sek. wihtout any rights information? No one will get payed anything and I don't want to imagine, how often this song as been played on the internet since it's leaking (?). (No rights payed for promo versions either, by the way).
