This is good news, because it is an excuse for Life insurance not to be paid out. I really think Estate is not the same as life insurance. Estate I think is what you personally own. Everyone has an estate, be it big or small.

life insurance policy would stop you from pulling off a hoax.    If in fact he has been planning this for years.  Could he and could he not

be watching this keeping himself safe by sending money out actually paying for the policy himself.  Hell he could even be a owner of a company like this.  Well if you think this is funny, his company one that he is part owner of, are trying to buy the Beatles catalog, so why could another company he owns do the very same thing for his life insurance.  We are not talking about you and I, we are talking about someone who has millions.  Have you or have you not seen this workout just like Michael would want it to ?

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are trying to say. What I was saying is that MJ still hasn't committed any fraud, because there is no life insurance paid out. And to cover things, they are saying his aide didn't pay the policy. I'm not talking about MJ's money, just talking about the briiiant ideal/excuse for no life insurance payment to be paid out. I hope 'm explaining ok, let me know.

The life insurance DID pay out.  And it doesn't matter who owns it, because he would owe a fiduciary duty to others and can't just send himself money and then allow someone to cash in a policy.  Then, he, himself, would be guilty of fraud and not just the other players here.

Michael doesn't have a secret son.

There IS a death certificate.

There IS an autopsy.  In fact, there is more than one, and the Jacksons are fully aware of the results.

Yes, Janet (along with others) owns controlling interest in a bank.  That has absolutely nothing to do with MJ's death.

No one knows for sure whether he has a current girlfriend or not.  The security guards with him in June said NO.

The Jordan Chandler admission is an internet rumor.  It's been reported ONLY on blogs.  That's about as credible as the UK papers people are relying on.
