jermaine or tito can`t remember which one said the last time they saw michael was a week and a half a go at the restaurant
if you look on wikpedia joe and katherine married november 5th 1949 so it looks like more lies!
what do you guys think

I think they don't remember when they last saw him and instead of admitting that are making up stories and stumbling over their words. Michael wasn't that close to his family, especially in his later years.

Joe Jackson gave an hour-long interview on CNN Larry King Live this morning. He stated that he lives in Las Vegas. According to Joe Jackson, he is still married to Katherine.
“On November 5, 1949 in Crown Point, Indiana, Joseph and Katherine married and would move to Gary, Indiana. Within seven months and nearly 17 years later, they would give birth to ten children..:”

If they were in fact married on that day, then their 60th wedding anniversary would be on November 5, 2009.
So either someone got their dates mixed up, is bending the truth or they celebrated it earlier.

you r right. it's strange. And from what I read, Katherine Jackson did not divorce joe cause it's against the principles of Jehova's witness (I am not o familiar with the religion though..). although Wikipedia is claimed to be a reliable source, it is always opened for corrections by those who may know more. I was always told that wikipedia should be checked out carefully for its credibility when doing research..
like another person said maybe the Jackson family is saying they celebrated JOe and Katherine's wedding anniversary to claim that they were still close to Michael b4 his death. BUt he and Janet were close and he talked about his health problems or about his career with his sister. And according to ET online (although it's just another media crap – filled show), Micahel resented his brothers for forcin him to do the Pepsi commercial back in 1984 during which he suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burn to his scalp. But I think Michael was not like that – he loved us the fans and his family.
