Grieving Tito Jackson claimed Dr Conrad Murrays dithering as he tried to resuscitate his stricken brother wasted vital minutes that might have cost him his life.

He accused the physician of not acting quickly enough to get help and said his methods of revival were far from the standards expected of a qualified doctor.

Tito claimed Dr Murray began flapping when Jacko collapsed at his Los Angeles home. The 55-year-old said: My opinion is that he panicked when my brother didnt wake up.

I think the doctor probably figured he was in trouble and he tried to revive Michael.

He did have a pulse but he couldnt bring him back.

I dont know what the time lapse was between the doctor finding him and when he called paramedics.

But I believe if he had immediately called for help we might still have my brother here today, he would definitely still be alive.

Tito also accused Dr Murray of not carrying out proper resuscitation methods. It has been claimed the medic  did cardiac massage on the dying star as he lay on a soft bed instead of a hard surface the accepted practice.

He added: The CPR attempt is one of the things I noticed that was very strange.

CPR is one of the first things you learn to do as a doctor, and you dont do it on a soft bed. And Tito also accused Dr Murray of disappearing in the wake of Jackos death. He said: Im not sure if he went with Michael to the hospital.

What is true is that he has gone into hiding, the first thing he did was contact lawyers. Dr Murray is said to have made incriminating statements during interviews with police.

But yesterday the physician claimed he was being made a scapegoat for Jackos shock death. He has returned to his home in Houston, Texas, to be with his family and denied going into hiding.

He also denied administering any drugs that would have killed the King of Pop.

Dr Murray added: I have lost a good friend. I did not give Michael anything that should have led to his death. I dont know anything more than anyone else about what killed Michael, but it wasnt me.

Its human nature to try to find a scapegoat but if I was the focus of a criminal probe I would have been told by now. Dr Murray is under 24-hour guard. He fears he will be targeted by the singers fans, who see him as responsible.

A friend said: Dr Murray did all he could to resuscitate Michael. He is in a terrible situation.

Tito hit out at the doctor during an interview on Spanish TV. Asked if he thought Jacko may have been murdered, he replied: Anything is possible.

Its a very strong word, the police are investigating what happened. Until there is some kind of revelation, I dont want to comment. Everything is on the table.

Jacksons sister La Toya has claimed her brother was murdered. But Tito said: Everyone has their opinion.

Maybe she knows things I dont know, but I wouldnt call it that. I would be furious, knowing there are fiends who would want to do something horrible to somebody who was so marvellous.

Jackson is thought to have been killed by the hospital anaesthetic drug propofol.

A senior detective involved in the case said it was unlikely any doctor would be charged with murdering Jackson.

But he admitted if propofol caused his death, prosecutors have discussed charges including involuntary manslaughter.

The officer said: Theres nothing I have been told that would suggest a murder charge. Its so remote and so unsupported by the facts as theyve been gathered.

The doctors are not suspects. They are repositories of medical history. Theres been a high level of co-operation.

The Jackson brothers are said to be in talks with AEG to perform a number of concerts at the 02 Arena in London on some of the dates booked for Jacksons comeback gigs.

Okey im just gonan say something. This is just a wild guess. But who knows if this guy really exsist? I mean, have anyone heard him talk? The only thing Ive ever seen of him, is a Photo. Sorry if i sound crazy, I just thought about it. Wouldent he defend himself somehow on the news or something if he haven`t done anything. I dont know. Just a thought

i agree  but i think there is a back veiw of him bring michael out to the ambulance  and if you think about this when they were bringing him out no one was still working on him and um that  makes sense  he was not worked on for the 5 to 10 minute  travel to  the ambulance yet they  went  back to work  on him when he got in there  and lol  think about this  he was already declared gone but doctor murray  insisted they continue working on him  why  if he was already goe  when they arrived would  they not work on him well being brought to the ambulance  but duh  start working on him inside it  and then another hr at the  hospital  takes real  brains to figure that out  all lies

We have only seen one photo of Dr. Murry it always the SAME photo him smiling a smug grin. It makes me feel ill to think this is the guy who maybe killed our beloved Michael Jackson.
