It is hard for me to imagine that mj would put his mother in a position of committing insurance fraud for a hoax…

whether she knows about the hoax or not…

i was really hoping for a big comeback…. but things are pointing towards something different…

and i certainly don't want to crush anyone's hope….

but it is okay to prepare yourself for the possibility he is gone….

either dead or alive, i don't know how he could come back now.

I just went over Michael,s will again and to me it looks like that the lifeinsurance is owned by Michael if this is true than there is no fraud when it is payed out,mabye someone can shed some light on this,here is the part of his will I am talking about.

I hereby give to my Executore,full power and authority at any time or times to sell,
lease,mortgage,pledge,exchange or otherwise dispose of the property,whether real or
personal comprising my estate,upon such terms as my executors shall deem best,to
continue any business enterprises,to purchase assets from my estate,to continue in force and
pay insurance premiums on any insurance policy,including life insurance,owned by my estate,
and for any of the foregoing purposes to make.

you see the line life insurance owned by my estate,so it seems to me that Michael owned its own life insurance just like Elvis did,so if that is true then there is no fraud its his own money.

yes, everyone owns their own life insurance….

then you state a benefactor (who you want the money to go to)

What you have quoted above is mj giving his estate the power to do the things that he listed,

one if which is pay insurance premiums… some of which could be for his children, house, personal property etc….

And there is fraud if the benefactor collects on the insurance and the person is still alive…

thank you Jewel,thats why I asked in holland this is very different we dont own our life insurance thats why I asked,still I would like to know where the press got this info from(could still be fake to me lol) but thanks for the help,thats why I asked you,you seem to know a whole lot about these things

The press got their info about the life insurance proceeds from records that are filed in court….

these are not made up records… they will be stamped and recorded in the court…

I highly doubt that the California court system can  be in on this hoax , or be bought out…

So this is what seems to be the final holdout in the hoax for me….

But i understand that everyone will have their own opinions!

Yep, gone again. Sigh…

MJ more than likely paid premiums to seperate accts of his own to pay for his own emergencies. Like IRAs Roths and so forth….He doesn't need to be underwritten by anyone, he can pay for things himself as he always has. It also more cheaper and sound with percentage rates and all, the money set aside in various types of accts also collect interest. When you hit a certain financial level things change. He got underwritten for his tours and even then when they were over budget he picked up the tab. This is his own money there is no fraud here.

Pay attention to how this is all playing out….Whats the name of the life insurance company that paid his family? Do you know? We know who underwrote the “This Is It” tour. Its not news worthy, to know who insured the life of he and his family? No particulars, not even a hint? Damn let me be quite, sorry….tired of the media scooping us.

normally you want the executors of the will to sell and distribute the monies and properties and close the estate as soon as possible.
