Guys, dont you remember I asked Harvey to wait for me?

Well Harvey, I'm back! I drove home, had dinner, a shower and am now in my bed with notebook in my lap, ready for an update! So spread the news!

Oh and to whom it may concern, Gold Pants Tour DVD in the player…. AGAIN! LOL!!

So I'm confused, it says permanent guardianship could be delayed and then a few mins later, katherine is now a permanent guardian?? So has she been given the permanent guardianship yet? That to me would mean the end of the hoax possibilty (and the life insurance too), because mj wouldnt want to lose the custody, it would get delayed and stay temporary if it was a hoax. Sad again   Could the court thing be fake? I don't know, that would be a lot of people involved, unless the judge etc are fictional too.

MJ left 40% to Katherine & 40% to the children & 20% to various charities. The excutors are the business associates and they get a salary as executors.

Why do they need to be in court for stipends? If the will is written and executed when he is dead, why isn't the money just forked over. The children are minors and their money would be in trust until they are a certain age. Katherine should be able to provide for them with her share along with the sibblings help, I mean this is already a very wealthy family. The estate would represent MJ, receive his salary royalties and finances from all his business endeavors.. The estate would also act on MJ's behalf in paying bills and settling suits, as well as paying staff or whatever allowes and agreement hehad already set in place. Again why would the estate need to pay Katherine or the kids when the trust inside the estate, has set money aside for Katherine and the kids in the event of his death?

See what Im getting at right?….. This is all MJ's personal money being talked about and trying to be accessed, this isn't money from insurance or any other government entity, therefore there is no fraud……See what Im getting at?

What? I am more confused than ever. Wth is aeg even doing there in the first place? Oh I need a sedative myself now!

AEG wants to be compensated for putting the memorial together, they want to be compensated for the refund & commemorative tickets, they want to be compensated for the no show….. Are these the reasons why they are there? So the estate needs to get bills paid, I see. Katherine wants to at least be on the board of decision makers, that makes sense.

To the other poster Katherine having  full custody of the kids, is MJ having full custody of the kids…. Katherine on the board is someone he can trust without any doubts, while he trust the executors, this is his mother.
