About the ‘I’m alive and I’m here forever’ word on the screen during the memorial, i read in one topic that it was from a song that Paul McCartney wrote “THE MAN” and i don't know whether MJ sang it or not..what caught my attention are the lyrics from some of the verses of the song..here (i did not include some verses in between):

More thoughts about the tickets…since we can ask for the tickets instead of the refund untill the 14th of August, maybe they will ship all tickets after this date.So we have to wait until the end of August to see if they are going to ship them and how they will look.

No you're right. I believe that The Jackson's have manipulated the media as much as the media manipulated Michael. I mean how many paid interviews has La Toya given and Jermaine has been on Larry King more times then I can remember and I'm sure he's not doing it out of the goodness of his heart!
But that wouldn't make them any better, would it? So if Michael planned this movie he would show the world that not only the media is bad spreading rumors but also he and his family. Where is the point of that movie then? You can't go out and do the same thing you copmplain about all along…

Yes. He is not God, or Christ, or Mother Theresa.
He is a flawed human being who just happened to pull the greatest publicity stunt of all time.
Besides, Michael has walked that fine line of being a victim of the media and being a protagonist of misinformation “leaked” for a long, long, long time.
Hyperbaric chamber, Elephant Man bones… both backfired on him and then he whined and cried about how the media spreads lies.
And they did/do. But he started it

How would you explain the LA coroner , and LAPD being involved?
i would assume you can't use public officials for a movie without their consent,
….and they lost 1.5 million fot that memorial.
I believe that the money generated from all of this will take care of all the money for inconvenience that will need paying out!

BUT — it begs the question – how would the following aftermath be dealt with:
1.) the gov't $$ spent on the investigation
2.) the $$ that city of L.A. spent on his memorial service
3.) the $$ that fans spent on getting his to memorial service, memorabilia, etc. that they claim hey wouldn't have spent otherwise
4.) the fact that it is illegal to fake your death IF money is spent trying to investigate (which it has) or an insurance pay out is made (which it has not been, thus far). Therefore it seems he would face prosecution.
Most importantly, #1 & 2. Unless #4 pays for #1 and #2. Or unless Jackson is willing to pay everyone back himself.
You have to keep looking at the context of this movie theory, and keep thinking of it as that.
If it is a movie, everything will be ficticious, so no one will be in trouble at all.

Well, I'n not sure about that, maybe someone with a law-background could check it. As long as there is no insurance money claimed or death certificate faked (which wasn't, because we all could see it was a copy, nobody has claimed it to be the original). The costs he's talking about, could in this case be 'production costs' and I think they are much lower than we would think, because no one knows how many people are actually on this case investigating this.
You're missing the point….
If it's a movie, then nothing has been done wrong, no illegal act has been commited.
So in this movie, if its true, anything from now on that seems outragious or too improbable for us, we muct stop and think to ourselves, ah but if this is a movie anything goes right?
Thats the only way to view this theory or you will miss the point every time.

It is illegal to fake your own death only if you plan to gain from it, ie: escape imprisonment, or to claim an insurance policy, I'm pretty sure.

Hey why not? That Bruno guy went around faking people out! He did it as Borat, too. They both scored interviews with very “important” people. And the guys from Jackass do it all the time (pull stunts to fake out the public)! Anyone see the one where they are pretending to drive a hearse and they keep dropping the “body” out of the coffin? Also, anyone remember that hidden camera show, Here's looking at you or something? And what about Ashton's Punked? This is just on a larger scale. I think it's great!

This is something you can see from different viewpoints: Ofcourse his family is spreading rumours and you can say the're doing the same as the media. But in fact it's the other way around. The media is asking and paying the Jacksons for their interview. So they ask about a specific story and give their own turn to it.
The idea behind this is that Michael wants to show how easily a story is published without cheking and double checking first. Regardless of the source, the media creates a story from it that they think people want to hear or read.

I know he is no Angel and it's somewhat his own fault they started writing ridiculous stories about him. But that's my point: If he does this movie he does not only show the world how stupid the media is but also 'admit' that he is not any better because he contributed to this by himself long enough. Maybe Michael wants to show that the media can be manipulated verry easily and take all news for granted. It doesn't matter if the news is right or wrong or what the source is. Even if it is his own family. Iif they think it will sell and draw readers (read: earn Money), they'll just publish it. And if the media wants to publish the right information they should double check! If they receive contradicting stories of MJs family, they should reconsider publishing the story. But they don't most of the times only the bad word is spread… I think that, if this is all a hoax and Michael will be back, this is one thing he wanted to show.
Ofcourse the Jackson family should not lie about Michael when money is involved. But it seems they like money so they probably do lie.
There's also a great possibility that the media makes up stories by rumours circulating the web (TMZ?) and never actually did spoke to the Jacksons.

thanks a lot for your theory. It makes much sense to me, and it solved a lot of the problems I had with other theories.
I really do believe that MJ is alive, but there were so many questions left like “Is there really a body? If yes, who does it belong to if it is not MJ?” or “Could it really be possible to have LAPD, the coroner, 911 and other authorities in it without causing any damage to their public reputation?”.
The movie theory seemed to be pretty weird indeed when I first saw it, but the more i think about it the more it seems to explain to me.
Ok, maybe I am mistaken about everything and it really is too far-fetched to be true, but at least your theory cheered me up through the last days, and so I would like to say “THANK YOU” to you for that. Whenever I start losing hope, there seems to be somebody here to give me hope again…

To the suicide: there are no reliable sources.
There was only just ONE report on june 30th. In this report was mentioned this:
Gary Taylor, president and owner of MJJcommunity.com, says, “I know there has been an increase (in deaths), I now believe the figure is 12. It is a serious situation that these people are going through but Michael Jackson would never want this. He would want them to live. => Source: contactmusic.com
This was the only report. All magazines copied it. And after June 30th there were no other news regarding this.
And notice what he said “I now believe”.
He's a believer like we all here on this site. We haven't any facts for MJ being alive..and now facts that he is dead.
So this guy has also no evidence if fans really commited suicide because of MJs death. That's my opinion.
So I think nobody commited suicide.
And if so, than was MJs “death” not the only reason for that. These people had a lot of other

if you go to the mjjcommunity forum you can see there was in fact a thread about the suicides and some moderators wrote that at least 1 member of their community passed. You can verify that with the mjjcommunity members .This was not just a rumor from a gossip magazine, they were talking about the suicides in their forum.

In regards to the theory, I was all for it until this question lurked in my mind: why did city officials ask the general public for donations for the memorial?
Well, maybe not all of them were in on it. The mayor quickly jumped in and said they refused to accept the donations and that they'd pay for it. I thnk they might have even considered returning what had been donated, although I'm not sure if that ever ended up happening.
In terms of the suicides…that's not his fault. Those people were clearly unstable and what if he had actually died? He is human and will die eventually even if he didn't this time!
