Actually, Dr. Tohme was'nt his spokesmen anymore. They had parted ways before all of this occurred. Of course, no explantatioin as to why.

guys as much as it pains me to say this cause i've been on this site a while trying desperately to find some shread of evidence that michael is alive but just can't really find anything credible.
i believe that the 02 impostor was actually michael jackson. if you look on his second finger on his left hand you will notice that down on the first crease the seems to be like calisis, 2 white ones, and these are on both pictures. yes the cleft in his chin looks bigger in the 02 picture but that could have something to do with the makeup.
that picture up above has more or less convinced me that michael has actually passed, cause that seems real emotion. even in the memorial, theres a side glance pic of mjs mother and she looks distraught. another look i feel has real emotion. i noticed these things along time ago but was trying to overcome them with better facts that he is alive. sadly i can't find anything that is more factual than that pic at the top. i try real hard to be optimistic but i'm losing faith fast.
in the beginning i keep just feeling that he was going to pop back up, but now i have this horrible feeling that maybe he did actually die and i have to except it.
i think i am more sadder know than the initial time as i really thought that it was a hoax. now i'm not so sure. i don't want to upset or discourage anyone from theirs beliefs or judgements but i'm lost. love & light x

I don't want to get in to the whole argument/discussion of whether Jermaine is or is not acting. I just wanted to make the point that in the picture information it says:
“Software – Adobe Photoshop CS3 Macintosh”
This implies that the photo went through Photoshop as taking a photo with a Canon EOS-1D Mark II does not automatically put the software tag in; this only happens when editing a photo and then transferring it back to the camera using Canon's software (Not sure of the name of the software as I never installed it).
Might have just been cropped; but I always get suspicious when Photoshop turns up on an image's information.

I can't really see if he is actually sad. The picture is too far away and could be mistaken for a smile if I didn't know better. Maybe he didn't find out the hoax news just yet?

but what about the video where u can see MJ´s father and his brother (im pretty sure it was Jermaine), when his father was giving kind of a press conference on the street a couple days after Mike ´passed´ away… The cameras got them two (before or after the conference i dont really know) talking, laughing and looking at the camera.. WTF with that??

Something is seriously wrong with that family. If i just lost my baby, there is no way in hell that i would smile for the rest of my life. And to me Jermain dosent look sad to me. And you are right. WTF is up with that, when thet are laughing. They need help from a shrink or something. DAMN that family is to damn bad to keep up Michael`s cover. Seriously, im glad they aint my family, if i needed to fake my dead. Damn i would be f**ked lol

I don't think anyone of thim looks sad. The expression of Jermains face could also be a happy one. Can't really tell from this photo.
Also this photo was cropped. A DSLR has a aspect ratio of 2:3. This picture has one of 4:3 (typical for compact camera). Also the Canon EOS-1D Mark II has no build in flash unit and the exif said 'Flash – Flash not fired, compulsory flash mode'. And looking at the shadow, a flash unit is definitely used. Of course this could be a speedlight on top of it, I don't know how Canon reports this in EXIF.
But it looks like the exif is fake. Also Using F2.8, ISO 1250 and a flash, seems like that room was pretty dark..
