I have been through a lot of articles on the net : LA Times, australian newspapers, french newspapers etc. And there's not ONE consistency on the rumour that MJ's case might be treated as a homicide.
Some papers are saying that within days, the MJ case will become a murder case and arrests will be dropped. However, LA Times says it's unlikely that it's ever going to be treated as a murder case.
Make up your damn mind… I guess we'll find out in a few days, or weeks….
I still don't get how they could possibly investigate it as a murder if the “crime scene” was unsealed after his passing.

I know!!! It's a bit late in the game to be trying to dust for fingerprints , search for evidence, etc. They should have thought about that before Janet and LaToya appeared at MJ's home.
They got some shady business going on in that police department….

the moment a single penny is payed by the incurance company i believe he was killed..or at least never show up again as he would have been faced the charges
