Ok i've got another idea MJ bodyguard Alberto Alvarez was the one who dialed 911 he been described as loyal and trustful.

well maybe he is one of the people involved in MJ hoax as he was soooooo loyal and to be honest by now he didn't reavealed anything he just beeing quite.So i do believe he might know what happened to CCTV  footage
