Hi everyone,
I have just watched on you tube Michael jackson interview (8 – 9) footage you weren`t meant to see
now this was quite interesting as the narrator said ` Michael is shooting a commercial to DUPLICATE a concert performance`
now this pepsi ad has just been released from a unknown source – not from pepsi
michael could of released this himself for two reasons
1 to back up the drug dependence therory and 2 to show a staged situation
i think that the same idea could have been used at the 02 back in march
instead of shooting a commercial to `duplicate a concert` why not shoot a fake press conference to ` duplicate a real one!`
some members on here have already said that they thought the crowd looked staged – i mean have you seen those guys
in the crowd !
we have all thought that O2 conferance looked odd -maybe it`s because it was being shot as a fake!

I agree with u therer. It seemed so odd to see the crowd cheering Michael on – it is to me kinda obvious that they tried too hard to appear excited about seeing Michael.

Yep Basil, right on. The 02 conference looked stage, but I have made up my mind its MJ in it. The Pepsi ad brings all sorts of questions to mind, one being….Apparently MJ bought all known copies of the ad being made so it could never be released for people to see what actually happened to him. Who then leaked the full footage? It can only be MJ himself. Unless of course Mj was ripped off and Pepsi held onto the original or copy. But then why release it???

That Pepsi ad was shoot in a time that cameras were not as portable and in reach of 'normal people' as nowadays. So it's almost excluded anyone outside off pepsi has this footage. Moset likely there will be only 1 to 4 versions of the tape as they shot from different angles.
If it's true tha Michael bought all tapes, than he must have released the movie himself to heat the start of the drug addiction conversation a little. When people only hear about his drug addiction, they tend to believe the COD if it turns out to be drug. No further questions about a faked that by the majority of people.

Interesting and this fits perfectly in the movie theory. The very first time I saw the press conference on March I thought that some of the fans were over excited and behaving strange.
However it could be also because the real fans might have been confused about the “Michael”onstage who was also behaving in a strange way, and the staff needed someone who acted like a crazy fan to convince people in the arena and people who watched tv that he was really Michael.

Maybe not Michael but his family or friends released it. I guess they knew where he put those tapes or might have found them. Its no proof for anything.

I agree, some persons there acted like someone told them they won $25000000.
OK, you can go crazy about your idol, but some are really overacting here.
Are there members on this forum that actualy were at that O2 press conference? I think their opininons can shed some light on this whole appearance.

Michael already wanted to release those tapes after the incident. Im sure they had his permission. And since when does the media care if they are allowed to release something?

well if they don't care they have to pay, when they release something without permission than they have to pay a lot of money because it is against the law .Permission is something written and signed so they can release tapes with copyrights without problems. If the family had something written by Michael that authorized the publication of those tapes it's ok unless they could not have released them if Michael was the only owner. But maybe Sony or Pepsi had rights to publish those tapes too who really knows…

The Pepsi ad could have been leaked by any one of the family members, possibly under the instruction of MJ's mother.

Who should charge them? If Michael is alive he wanted those tapes to be released. If hes dead he cant say anything against it. Pepsi cant charge anybody as long as they dont have a contract with Michael that those tapes will never be released because Michael owns them and he can do with them whatever he wants. And even if they have such a contract it would just look ridiculous if they'd make charges against it. Also it still wouldnt proof Michael is alive because that doesnt proof if they had his permission or not.
Again: It doesnt proof anything!

If Michael was the only owner he must be alive or the family must have his permission ( probably if he is dead now his children own those tapes but they are minors so I don't know how it works…) Sony must have also permission to publish the tapes if Michael his the only owner.I did not say though that this proof something If Pepsi had a contract with Michael and Michael was the only owner of those tapes also Pepsi could not have released them without permission. If Michael is dead obviously he can't say anything against it but his lawyers can if laws are broken. To say something accurate I agree that we should know more about the contract between Michael and Pepsi .
Maybe Michael and Pepsi had a contract that enabled Pepsi to publish the tapes after Michael's death I don't think so but who knows…
