Mostly with regards to the autopsy. Why is the DEA and FBI involved in all of this? Why has this case gotten “SO BIG” but nothing is being shared with the public. Not even as much as we've heard in other national investigations of this scope.
Why is there no autopsy? Forget the toxicology reports for a minute, supposedly the autopsy has mostly been completed with what can be ascertained at this time, but the autopsy has not been leaked. Why not? Sure we had a “fake autopsy” leaked but that's not the same thing. The death certificate which was housed in the coroner's computer (not the hospital's. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this point but I am 99.9999% certain the security breach was on the coroner's system.)
Does the coroner not have ANYTHING about an autopsy in their system? Why not? Why did a security breach leak the DC, but not a partial autopsy report? IS there really an autopsy report?
Toxicology results can take several weeks, even over a month, but just because they CAN take that long, does that mean they HAVE to take that long? It didn't take this long with Anna Nicole or Heath Ledger. Are they not finding what they are expecting to find (which would go against the drug addict theory), or is there no body, or is it something else?
They have delayed the tox results several times. They've delayed 3 or 4 times now after they expected results. Well what causes someone in an office to EXPECT results by a certain time and be told they'll have those results, not to get them over and over and over again? What exactly could really be going on here? Does this seem normal? Now, they are delaying release of the autopsy and tox report information “indefinitely.” Well what the frilly heck does that mean?
Indefinitely? For real? Indefinitely til when? Til the movie comes out? They can't even give us an expected date anymore, it's just indefinitely?
Some theories:
My DEA sting operation theory
or…
There is no body (which could also go with the DEA sting operation theory)
or…
MJ's death really is a mystery and they aren't finding ANY drugs that they're expecting to find. But for some reason won't release this information to the public.
If they aren't finding what they're looking for, then why do they continue to investigate Dr. Murray?

all of these are good questions…I keep thinking there is no body or if there is, it's not MJ, then I read an article in Rolling Stone and it goes into so much detail about the body it made me feel so sad, hopeless, whatever the outcome there are definitely a lot of discrepencies in every single report that has been made public, whether it's about him personally, the day he died, his family etc etc.

I read somewhere that as long as medical personnel had the entry code/password to the system they could access the DC from any terminal and not just the Coroner's computer. The people with access included doctors, nurses and a bunch of other medical personnel outside the coroner's office. This is why it was viewed improperly over 300 times in such a short space of time, and why so many fakes are out supposedly 'leaked'. I'll try and see if I can find the link again where it said it.

Indefinitely meaning unsure, uncertain, or lacking a specific time..why? Are you kidding me? This is some major BS.

I just figured they would say so far the tests are inconclusive and they need to do tissue samples, which could take several more weeks. I didn't think they'd have the chutzpah to stall “indefinitely” I mean seriously, what the f**k?
Many of the predictions that have been made are coming true. It was said that the custody battle would be settled quietly and without fuss outside of court… and low and behold… there it is.
Then that there would be delay after delay on the autopsy and tox reports… and hey… here it is… INDEFINITELY.
You know, if people want to think the people on this site are crazy, that's fine. But when everything people here says is going to happen starts coming to pass exactly as it's been predicted, then you have think gee maybe the folks here aren't so crazy.

I think this is the link another part of me was referring to. It states that : Death records in the EDRS system, which is state-supervised, can be accessed by anyone with a state-issued password, including employees at coroner’s offices, funeral homes, hospitals, and county and state registrar's offices. Users input information on death certificates that must be signed off on by doctors or coroners and made public by the state registrar.

Yeah I agree with you, now we just have to see what will happen next.

I think the entire DEA investigation is focused on records of perscriptions written and was spawned solely by the nurse's statement on Larry King and media pressure for Dr. Murray's head on a stick. I think the DEA could care less whether there is a body or not and is only interested in what kind of scripts the doc was writing and to whom, their basic bare minimum obligation in light of the accusations, which are solely media driven.
So basically, if the nurse never spoke up about Diprovan, there'd likely never be any DEA investigation.
