Michael Jackson Hoax Death

Hello everybody!

Although I’ve been following this Forum since the very beginning (I actually found the website before it even had one), this is the first post I’m writing.

I just found this piece of news and I wanted to share it with you all:

I particularly find the following paragraph to be quite odd:

“Harvey said he learned that coroner’s employees were inappropriately accessing Jackson’s death certificate after he received a tip alleging that a funeral home employee created a fake death certificate for Jackson in the computer system”

Although it goes on saying that the fake death certificate allegations are untrue, it is highly suspicious that even one of the few things that we were all counting to be factual (even though it was not yet signed), is also under suspicion. (The plot thickens!)

Furthermore, the article goes on saying:

“In addition to issues with the electronic access to Jackson’s death certificate, Harvey said that his office also had trouble securing two other computer systems in which they kept Jackson’s death investigation reports.”

Shamon! Gimme a break!

As many of you have already said this whole thing is the best death hoax ever pulled or the worst and sloppiest investigation of a possible criminal case.

What do you all think?

that is really really interesting… wouldn't surprise me if it WAS fake, though!

hahaha… for some reason I have been filled with a lot more hope tonight that he might be alive… so many inconsistancies and what not…they all point to him being alive OR the worst f**king death investigating I've ever seen..

There have been some good developments in 'our investigation' last night. When I wen't to sleep I had the idea all of this was going nowhere and MJ really died.

Now I check the site when I wake up and there seem to be some new 'facts' that feed our theories with believable information. Again I feel MJ is still alive…. Thank you all.

I agree! You would thinkg they can't follow through w/any of the leads. I think we are making better progress than the investigators are, here in the site, and I sure don't have any knowledge of criminal investigations. Aside from what CSI has taught me lol

usually.. if you are a 'homicide' and/or 'crime scene' investigator  you definitely don't leave these many loose ends.. any bonehead within the criminal justice field would know that..

all of these people are just making more and more mistakes… either on purpose or accidentally because they just don't know how to keep this hoax a secret..thus their slip ups continue..

but I do indeed agree that we are making better progress and everything we seem to dig up definitely feeds our hoax theory far more than him being dead… it is so obvious..

I wonder if they are actually releasing a press statement on the 1st regarding the report or maybe the family will request a 4th and who knows maybe a 5th autopsy just to show he really…really did “die”. The Hoax is apparent. I have a thought, where there meant to be so many slip ups and inconsistencies? I mean if they had wanted it to be taken as a serious thing I don't think they the family and who ever is in on it, would have made so many mistakes and from the beginning too!

 well the whole theory of his 'brain' being taken out and studied and what not.. I have a feeling that was just to make people really BELIEVE he was dead.. like 'HEY! WE HAVE HIS BRAIN! HE REALLY IS DEAD!'… you know what I mean?.. I mean, it's quite morbid to make a statement saying they kept Michael Jackson's BRAIN. I'm pretty sure fans didn't want to know about that much less hear about it (if it were to be true)…

however.. regaurding the slip ups and what not… maybe they just get nervous when being interviewed which leads them to make minor slip ups..on accident.. cause I mean.. imagine being interviewed and talking about someone who is supposedly 'dead' to the world..but in your mind you know they're alive and you have to LIE your ass off to keep the entire thing a secret… and that goes for everyone involved – police, paramedics, investigators, the Jackson's.. etc. mind you, the jackson's have been the WORST of them all anyway..

i think the question is not if he`s alive or dead but where is he and what`s his next move!

I know right!  This is supposed to be a government run agency and they can't protect their online files.  They can do a security check of those other computers in their office, as well as add something on to MJ's file that shows who hacked it.

Like someone said, if MJ really did die , this is one of the most sloppiest unkept cases by LAPD.   Would they really make themselves look bad on purpose though?

And if a medical professional hasn't signed the DC, Michael Jackson is not legally dead. Period, end of discussion.

Actually, I'm looking at the copy online that I posted the link to above…and I”m comparing it to a copy that I printed out on the day it was released.  On the copy online, it shows as the informant “Latoya Jackson, Sister”..  and then the block beside it is blacked out.  Well, in the copy that I had printed out, the blacked out space is not blacked out… and it shows her address, not her signature. So Latoya never signed it.

EDIT:  I just saw this point made on another thread.  Sorry. There's too much to keep up with

The DC was apparently signed by Jonathan Fielding, right ?
