Michael Jackson Hoax Death

Me too……it seems this would constitute a 'legally binding descision' by the courts…….how does this fit into the hoax?  It worries me, but maybe it couldn't be upheld as legal if it were actually proven that MJ has not in fact “died”, maybe it would make the custody fpr Katherine “null & void” so to speak….MJ alive = no need for anyone else to have legal custody?

NO. Michael is a very smart man. This is a way for him, to keep contact with his children, until they can be together again. But i think it will be some months, I think michael needs to feel that it is safe enough.

I think he was in danger that is why he had to do this.

As soon as all this media crap is over, and Michael feel that its okey, They will be joining him.

I thought that Rebbie would eventually get custody of the kids even though Katherine will be named guardian, Rebbie will be the one actively looking after them – and might be named custodial parent or something – provided there isn't another delay or it gets postponed again.

We don't know if Michael has given up custody of the kids – we know that an old will from 2002 was filed and that is the one being executed. If it is a hoax then the Jackson's getting custody works because the kids will still be with the family, esp Rebbie who lives in Vegas and who is looking after the children, and Michael wanting to settle in Vegas permanently – it links up, although I may be stretching.

They have essentially gone back to their pre-25 June existence – or maybe because I'm not reading the tabloids here I might be talking rubbish.
From what I have seen so far, after the furore of the Memorial and the appearance going to/coming from church – how much have we seen of the kids? They are back to the way it was before.

Yeah i was wondering about that to. Noone really saw them before

I too think its a good sign. If they never came to an agreement and they kept delaying it, people would worry about the children. I mean what good is it for kids who just “lost” there father to have no clue whare there gonna live?

Of course it's the best possible solution, Michael WANTED his mother to have them, it all fits perfectly with a hoax theory as far as I am concerned, and the fact that Rebbie is supposed to be going to take care of them unofficially is even better because no-one has hardly even seen her in recent years so my guess is they will be left alone after a couple of months.

BTW did anyone notice the photo of the 3 sisters walking through the underpass after the memorial – Rebbie was laughing – not smiling but laughing.
