I've been asking myself this question for the past couple days and it still makes no sense to me why Dr.Murray didn't dispose of the drug propofol or any of the other narcotics of choice found in his room at MJ's rented mansion !
This doctor had more than ample enough time to go back into MJ's home and get rid of the drugs he stashed away. The crime scene wasn't taped off nor did he attempt to call the paramedics for at least thirty minutes that we know of. This would still give him enough time to take the medications with him and get rid of the evidence some where else. This doctor was very well aware of the fact that administering propofol outside a hospital , in a home setting without the proper tools such as an oxymeter or an ekg machine as well as not having the proper credentials and licensing such as an anesthesiologist was highly illegal and unethical ! This doctor also knew an autopsy would eventually be performed on MJ to determine the cause of death hence toxicology reports would confirm the propofol in his system as well as a combination of narcotics which would be considered a deadly mixture when combined together.
So,either this is a very stupid doctor who didn't think of any of these factors after MJ's death or he planned for these drugs to be found and planted them there ! The drugs would confirm MJ was a drug addict to the world as no one would become suspicious because they would assume MJ died of an over dose !!
I don't know about you all but the second theory is much more plausible to me. Of course the second theory would confirm MJ was murdered in my opinion ! Like I have stated before, if indeed this was a death hoax ,MJ would not want to leave this earth with the world actually believing he was a drug addict.

It also leads one to wonder why there was anything remaining at any of his personal homes or offices to be seized, after he had a whole month to get rid of it all.
|

They didn't really find any concrete evidence at Dr.Murray's home or offices linking back to MJ or any of the drugs administered at the time of his death.

That's my whole point.Why leave evidence at MJ's rented mansion in his own personal room but nothing beyond that point ? Dr.Murray clearly knew what he was doing.He planted enough drugs to make it look like it was an accidental dose.That's exactly why he didn't get rid of those “hidden” drugs.

No, but they did supposedly find CDs and such labeled with the names of MJ's aliases. At least, that's what I have read a few places.

Also, the police didn't find the Propofol during the first search, it was discovered on the second search – several days after the first one and don't forget the Jackson family visited the house and removed some of Michael's possessions in between – could they not also have put things there to create a false trail?

Exactly, and they say the doctor himself told the police where the drugs were: inside his closet in the guest room. Maybe I misunderstood something, but it seems that they have evidences against him.

I don't believe Murrays a bad guy. I honestly believe if this is a hoax by MJ, he's helping him.

Once again,it doesn't add up. Dr.Murray said he was the one who administered the propofol but yet didn't prescribe it for him ? The Lapd and Dea are supposedly raiding not one but two of Dr Murray's locations. Yet the evidence is already there, as clear as day. The doctor from his own mouth said he gave this drug to MJ outside a hospital setting hence heavy duty narcotics were stashed away in his own room.It was reported that the amount of drugs found in MJ's home were enough to take out a whole army !
That should have been enough to arrest him right then and there but instead a month later the feds are continuing their alleged investigation as their primary focus is so called “targeting” Dr Murray.
In all honesty, I don't believe Michael would plan such an atrocious way to die .
