CNN today:
Branca has refused to let Katherine Jackson see Michael Jackson's contracts with AEG, the company that was organizing and promoting his planned concerts, unless she agrees to keep them confidential. Branca's lawyer argued in a court filing that he has no choice since the contracts have a provision requiring confidentiality.
Any reason why this might be? Why does Katherine Jackson have to be sworn to secrecy to see MJ's contract with AEG?
What's in that contract?? Hmm??

Nothing really fishy with that and Katherine Jackson doesn't have to “swear” secrecy. Stuff like that is common procedure and called NDA = Non-disclosure agreement. It's a document that's signed. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N….._agreement

Many entertainment contracts contain a confidentiality clause because they don't want details (such as money issues) revealed to anyone but the parties involved. It's not uncommon.
