Hey everyone,

I'm Rachel, 23 and from a city called Leeds in the UK. I remember when I was about 10 I saw the video for “Thriller” – my cousin was obsessed with MJ and the video – and from then I have been a massive fan, even though the video totally freaked me out!

I came across the site on the Michael Jackson RIP page on Facebook and thought I would have a look as I had my suspicions. I couldn't believe how many other people shared the same thoughts as me and now I'm on here religiously. Ok that made me sound like a freak but never mind!

Free to drop me a PM if you ever want to chat about anything. Most of my friends and family think I'm a weirdo for believing in this so it would be nice to chat to someone who doesn't think I'm insane xx

After days of lurking here and not being able to pull myself away, I finally registered.  I'm not usually one to join celebrity sites, but the last month has just felt so depressing, and at least I can come here and feel a little hope (and some comedy relief; a few of the threads are so dang funny). 

I've been a MJ fan since I was 5 years old and first saw the Thriller video.  I don't know why my mother let me watch that; it gave me nightmares for weeks!  But I still loved watching it because I thought Michael was sooo cute.  He was my first crush lol   I can't believe I'm saying that – it's been my lifelong secret! 

Anyway, I look forward to reading up more on everyone's theories.  They're fascinating!

I'm Jori, I'm a teacher of children with special needs.  I work with preschoolers that have autism spectrum disorder, down syndrome, etc.  I live in the U.S. in the state of Maryland. I've been a fan of Michael's since…well since my mom played the J5 on the turntable when I was a wee one.

I'm playing Invincible in my car non-stop and thinking good thoughts about Michael.

Funny story: My mom and I call 2000 Watts the egg roll song. “Why?” you ask? Well, the chorus is, “2000 watts, 8 ohms”, my mom swears it sounds like , ''2000 watts, EGG ROLL”.  So now, it's the egg roll song, and we get a good laugh at that.

My love for Michael came about when i was around 5 years old and his music videos would come on tv and i would copy his dance moves and then “preform” his songs and dances infront of my audience (my mom & Grandmom) lol .. I remember learning Thriller in my dance class (i was so excited!) I was about 8 years old when i learned it, anyway i don't want to get into to much detail i know you guys have things to do lol but around 8 or 9 life kinda got bad for me with my mom and all and then my dad passing when i was 11 it seemed Michael was all i had, Michael taught me how to grow up and realize life isn't fair and you just make the best out of what life throws at you (thank you Michael). It's funny how a superstar can touch you in a such away that you actually grow with that person and learn from them, you don't find many people in this world so Michael was a blessing to me.

I have a MJ doll, too! I got it in 1984 when I was 11 as a Christmas gift from my step-grandmother.  I kept it all these years, even when my music tastes changed and I forgot how amazing Michael is.

Anyway, I found i in the attic after he died.  It looks like this, but no sunglasses.

I now have him up on my dresser.  My husband just rolls his eyes and makes fun of my “obsession” in his tweets.  When he's mad at me, he threatens to harm the doll.  He really knows my weak spots.  Jerk.

Hi, I'm Severin…. or Sevi, for friends… I'm 33 years old and from Leipzig in Germany! I LOVE music of all kinds, movies, art and I worked in the music business as a tour manager (no, nothing big… only for a few smaller bands) and at the moment I'm about to write my first novel… a fantasy book. I wish I still had mine. I think my ex-stepmother got rid of it ( I had already left home) because it disappeared. I told my brother if he found it to ship it out to me. I still remember getting it for X-Mas in '84. Ahh good memories! That is horrible that your husband to do that, but I'm sure he is just messing with you. Men always love to rile us women up!
