Maybe they let MJ pass the physical because they conveniently had that clause in their insurance that would cover them in an event such as this. Maybe they even had the foresight to see how much money they would make after he died especially with the high quality film they made of the rehearsals. Hope Katherine is not ill, those poor kids need a bit of stability for a while

The Jackson Family are worried about their Mum
Close friends and family members of the Jacksons are worried about Katherine Jackson health.
Family members are worried that the head of the family Katherine Jackson health will get worse after she tormented herself over her sons death.
According to reports Katherine Jackson is blaming herself for not doing enough to stop the death of her late son Michael Jackson even though close friend and family members have told her she done everything she could have.
It was Katherine Jackson who first tried to convince her son to axe the 50-date residency at London’s O2 fearing for his health although Michael Jackson refused because he wanted to give his fans a show they all deserved.
Family friend Kevin McLin says, “She is asking questions but the answers don't make sense. She wants to know how Michael passed the physical examination he was given by AEG. Something has to be wrong with this because he had all of these problems – how could he possibly pass a test like that? Katherine is upset, angry and confused as to why her son was allowed to go ahead with the tour.”
A source tells Britain's Daily Star Sunday, “She now requires oxygen and has been so weak since Michael died she can barely walk unaided. This pressure is tearing her part. At her age and in her fragile state of health, more exertion could trigger another stroke.”

I agree about the annonymity of these so-called sources. To be honest, I am so freakin tired of hearing thephrase 'my sources tell us that Michael Jackson …' – especially Diane somethin (can't remember the media whore's name from ET) WHO always reports trash 'facts' about MJ with 'my sources tell me..' f**k the media, they r full of shit and r attentin and moeny whores

isn't her last name ironic? being in such an industry where money is everything (diamond = $). ugh the media will twist everything just to get their story told – if Michael is still alive and have no plan on coming back I could see why – to get away from such inhumane individuals like Diane Diamond who reports trash!

Agreed Souza81! Where was her oxygen tank at Target and the resturant? Did she accidently leave it at home? Ugh…stupid newspapers!!!
I will say this though…the woman is darn near 80 years old, with many ailments going about in her body. Of course she is going to need help walking at times. She's not 20 years old anymore!
The court wouldn't have given her custody of the children if she was weak / frail / on oxygen, etc.
For a 79 year old woman, I think she looks pretty good!
