hey guys am thoroughly impressed and convinced with the theories and research here, so much more believable than the crap druggie stories the media feeds to us. however I'm really concerned bout the non-open casket and the ongoing custody battle. possibly Michael's family didn't want to open the casket not because there was no body, but they wanted to protect their privacy? they are after all qute protective of their privacy (cept latoya who isn't daunted by her private… coverage on playboy)

furthermore, why would Michael want to put through his poor mom and kids whom he loved with all his heart through nasty nasty custory trials when he has suffered the ordeal of being tried by the law back in 05? even if it's the most convincing way to trap us all into this folly, it still doesn't seem plausible to me that he would go to that extent? someone please enlighten me here, coz I've been reading this websites and all your theories that give me more hope each and every day but sometimes the other details as such shock me back to the supposed real news of his death… please comment!

^ I agree, something will happen to give the Jacksons custody without it going to court. The court date has already been postponed two times.

okay I'm convinced bout that, we'll just have to wait and see… but why is there a fight over his assests? if Michael is allive he would still be in (secret) control of it and the people in the know of the hoax will let a single trustworthy source to handle it in Michael's position. what I know so far is that his former attorney and financial manager have won the claim to his assests, but if there was to be an agreement, shouldn't mrs katherine jackson and the two other johns both get along or something like that? why draw up the 2002 will and show it to the court when he's still alive!

The Jackson family are controling the media coverage. Its all a smokescreen to mask the truth. MJ isn't stupid, he will be allowing all this to be said in the knowledge that media will report all the crap about him, instead of what we are thinking. As more and more lurid tales are printed, the more time will elapse, and eventually the stories will stop. So when these stories die off, everyone will have lost interest – the MJ story will be forgotten. And his coffin will almost certainly still be inthe basement at Forest Lawn.

Katherine seems to want to control some of his estate with the executors, but at the moment the Judge has said no – all I can think is that it was too risky for MJ to write a new will just before this, and he is hoping to regain full control of his affairs – however the outcome is the same 80% of asset/income is still in the family 20% to his charities. So basically no change.

The Doctor knows everything! and can solve any puzzle, throughout time, space the universe and beyond!

thanks for the much clearing up (X really appreciate it.

on a another note, there was a user, sita, who brought up the point that Michael as a singer/songwriter would sing what he feels rather than leave hints, and that if he were to truly live by this hoax he wouldn't afford to leave behind hints to exploit his cover-up, and which the media is so blind to.

it sort of got me backtracked again, but I was listening to his song 'unbreakable' and, the fact that Michael has said before he truly means the songs he sings if not he wouldn't sing them, there's this message to us

'Now you can't stop me even thought you think
that if you block me, you've done your thing
and when you bury me underneath all your pain
I´m steady laughin', while surfacing
'

what do you guys think? (X

I think the point is, that indeed some of his music is used to (propably) give us some hints abouts his (fake) death:

- AEG video – The don't care about us. Just a message to the media

- I'am alive message in the memorial. From his song 'The man'

- The change in 'Will you be there' during the memorial (Pain vs Pains)

- The Gospel choir singing  about the return of the King.

- Mariah Carey – 'I'll be there' at the memorial. (hey, didn't think about this one till now)

- Jermaine mixing up the lines (Smile)

real lyrics:

Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness

but Jermaine was singing

Light up your face with sadness
Hide every trace of gladness

that really makes me think, it's almost as he's letting everyone know 'hey, this is all just a facade, inside we're actually happy because Michael is alive'

‘I think in some way I wanted it to end, even if it meant my own destruction.’

yeah the gospel's choice of song is eerily haunting; it seems to be like 'we'll see you in heaven' kinda thing, but reading (hopefully not too much) into it the hidden msg just pops out even more. I'm not really convinced with the pains thing coz it could be extracted from one of his concerts and not his song itself, but the rest is more convincing enough.

someone also mentioned that most of the artists seem to be on a publicity stunt; mariah has a new cd coming out (saw the tweet on tmz), usher has long been forgotten but recently 'revived' with the divorce (there are so many artistes who are touted but can never to replace Michael, like justin t, so where was he?) and queen latifah has a new project coming out too right? there was this actress in the 80s who's launching her biography soon and I saw a teevee interview with her online, claiming to have dated and kissed Michael Jackson; it's not just the media who's cashing in…

I agree having the gospel sing Return of the king is eerie, but it's not abnormal. Many black families use that song. My family used that song for my dad's funeral. Other than that you all made very good points. Everything was eerie about that memorial, imo.

Ofcause it is, thats what Michael does. And NO there will be no costidy Battle, But the family must be on to us, we are to damn smart and they dont like it. So they have to make EVERYTHING look as real as possible. Im sorry for saying this (and Michael if you are reading this my love im sorry) but his family are REALLY BAD at this. LOL. Specially Joe and Latoya. They already screwed it up several times.

And did anyone other than me notice that earthingy Jermaine wore at the memoriel?? What was up with that, Im pretty sure it wasnet his cellphone or a Ipod. I have started to wondering, mabye Michael directed the whole memoriel himself?? I mean who was Jermaine listening to?? I want to know that

I've always enjoyed your posts MybelovedMJ, they're thought-provoking, insightful and just about carries the same perspective as mine, so whenever I feel doubtful bout this sometimes, I look to your posts for hope (X plus I agree bout your point of the earpiece thingy. I was super convinced with the memorial but even then I noticed he kept touching this humongous being on his ear; could we get some stage manager or someone who knows such stuff to clarify on that? could be a clue. hope we're not looking too much into this, but I've got a bugging feeling bout this…

okay there's just soooo much craziness bout the police raids and the custody battle. I'm more or less convinced that the custody thing is over since it's 'already settled' betwen mrs katherine jackson and debbie rowe (someone predicted this right…) and the whole will thing, still doesn't make sense to me-why is mcmillian fighting for a seat for mrs jackson when she doesn't even want to in the first place? also, the whole police raid thing, what's up with that? could the hoax really be so exaggerated as to carry this out? it still seems pretty far-fetched to me. why would the family go to the extent of asking the police to play a role? don't really care bout the nurse coz she seems to be another one of those cash cows, but does anyone know anything bout the two doctors (murray and klein) that would give more reason to doubt them?

update : AEG wants to be part of the probate hearing; is it just me or does someone else suspect that they're the conspirators all along?

btw don't trust anything bout Ian whatshisname the so-called autobiographer of MJ's latest biographer. got lotsa evidence bout his dirty work which I'll post one day; plus the moonwalker biographer was so keenly edited by MJ and his team, how could Ian's biography hold if there's no authoriative approval by anyone? BOYCOTT THE BOOK!
