Oh, it really could be Michael in the ambulance… but one of our theories is that e'casanova died in the place of Michael…. if e'casanova is alive, it doesn't mean that MJ is dead, it just does away with one of our theories.

because if you maximise a pictures, the imago of casanova don't have same focus, and the lights are strange….

Yes I'am also working with photoshop in my profession and the first thought when I saw the pic was: This is photoshoped – but who knows….
In some french forums there are also links to the myspace-site from e'casanova and the last updates are from the 07/17 so I think it is not the right path… There are also comments from people who thanks him to had added them to his list etc.
So probably he is not in the hoax I think.

No not at all, if look right on the shirt you see that the samples are different and the crown is not
on the shirt which you can buy  then on the collar is no sample on e casanocas shirt,
but the shirt you can buy gots sample on the collar

but if you look really close to them the collar is not the same on any of them like the one he is wearing look closely to the pattern
