She has been all over the news tonight saying MJ kept asking for Diprivan.   If this is true then it is a possibility he could have died from it, unless this whole thing is an act.

What do you guys make of her and her statements?   They suppossedly found it in the house…

I don't know. Is the nurse getting payed for her interviews? I don't know we have heard so many stories. She could be making it up. Would Michael want the nurse to speak for him? I heard another of Michael's friends was a Nutritionist an actor or something turned Nutritionalist can't remember him name he was American? Not Mark Lester he is British and does acupuncture.

I think she is a freaking moron looking to (shocking, right?) capitalize on MJ's 'death'.  MJ was a very intelligent person.  He had his own freaking dr living with him.  Why the f*ck would he ask a NUTRIONIST for something that is supposed to only be given in a controlled hospital environment?  Are we supposed to believe he was THAT far gone?  I don't think so.  I don't know how these vultures sleep at night.

Pffff, LAPD really sucks…

He looked me deep in the eyes He’s touchin’ me so to start He says there’s no turnin’ back He trapped me into his heart!

Somebody tell me why would a oerson who is supposed to be a drug addict every hire a nutritionist.    Doe sthat make any sense to anyone.  Ok please give me my vitamins and what do you think about my diet plan, and then turn around and take Xanax, 30 to

80 pills a night.  Something here does not make sense.  You have the drug dealer (Murray) and the good health person (the nutritionsit).

I heard that he injected vitamins? Which is quite healthy I think. Also was this the woman who said he should drink “grapefruit smoothies” on his detox? A news stories said the “grapefruit smoothies” could of helped kill him because of the medications he was on they reacted badly with the grapefruit smoothies. Also wasn't Dr. Murray a “holistic doctor”.

Maybe he was supposed to be injected with vitamins and Murray did diprovan instead and Michael didn't know.

It's possible MJ could have had Vitamin D injected, since we take for granted how much vit D we need and we get it from the SUN. (milk isn't enough and most vitamins you take orally isn't either.)  Being allergic to the sun it's possible he could have had D injected.

BUT if he was on any drugs anyone who didn't warn him about grapefruit should have their license taken away.  Nearly everyone knows that grapefruit interacts with many different drugs.  It causes the drugs to metabolize differently and makes them build up in your system/multiplies the effects of them for longer.

theres no way he was doing 80 zanax a night  or oxy cotton, no way, it would take hours each day just to be normal, including diprivan, it took me 3 hours after waking up just to stand straight each time i had a procedure i needed a cab or someone to take me home but yet mike was using this dialy to sleep. NO WAY JOSE.

Did grapefruit smoothie cause Michael Jackson’s death?

Speculation grows about the singer’s passing

Monday, 29 June 2009

Michael Jackson's death could have been caused by grapefruit juice, according to internet speculation.

The singer – who was said to be taking the painkiller pethidine – was drinking the fruit smoothie on the advice of a nutritionist, reports Metro.

But grapefruit contains a substance which apparently stops the liver breaking down pethidine into safe by-products.

Michael, 50, was pronounced dead at UCLA hospital.

Now Grapefruit supposedly killed him?  WTF????  Could these supposed causes of death get any more rediculous, like seriously!  He is not dead that is why they have to keep fabricatiing such nonsense.

It isn't rediculous as MJ fan said: ”If he was on any drugs anyone who didn't warn him about “grapefruit” should have their license taken away.  Nearly everyone knows that “grapefruit” interacts with many different drugs.  It causes the drugs to metabolize differently and makes them build up in your system/multiplies the effects of them for longer.” This is true.

This Cherylynn or whatever her name is seems a little suspicious to me as well right from the start.  If it were true that Michael was taking all these drugs (which I highly doubt), then it should have been her moral obligation to report it to someone immediatly not just sit back and let him do it. Nevermind not informing him of the hazards of the grapefruit with such medications.  Same question everyone else has…. why is she now all of a sudden coming out of the woodwork to share her story???  Cause she is getting paid for her BS lies, her 15 minits of fame.  She was a nobody before all this! Plus the media does not have a such thing as reliable sources so they need to make this crap up somewhere to keep their ratings up!

And if indeed the “grapefruit” contributed to his supposed sudden death then she should be held just as accountable then and the mysterious DR. Murray!!

I can already see TMZ's headline story tomorrow…

“Coroner's report about to be released. Cause of death: grapefruit ingestion.”

The beauty of conspiracy theories is that the more they try to talk you out of it, the more they reinforce the idea of conspiracy.

I don't like the cut of her jibb. She's so full of crap! I new she was full of it the second she contradicted herself on Nancy Grace by first saying she new MJ for years and then later said she just met him in January of 2009.

Can you feel it.. Can you feel it… CAN YOU FEEL IT

Sorry, have to disagree with you there.   I've been a nurse for over 2 decades (though out of acute care nursing for the past 10) and I've never heard of the above.

Pethidine is aka Demerol.   I tried to access the 'drug bible' (CPS) but you can't access it online.  Next best is the Merck Manual.   Here's the link for info on Demerol.   Note in 'interactions' there's nothing said about risk of increasing narcotic effects if taken w/ grapefruit juice:

http://www.unboundmedicine.com…..meperidine

In fact, every hospital I worked at had grapefruit juice on the menu for patients;  many of these patients being surgical patients and Demerol was the most common med we'd give for post-op pain.

Perhaps this is a new finding over the past couple of years?   I'm going to ask a pharmacist about it.   I would imagine this would be the case for all opiate narcotics and not just Demerol.

Here's an article from the Mayo Clinic related to grapefruit interacting with certain drugs.

http://www.mayoclinic.com/heal…..on/AN00413

As far as I understand (I'm in no way related to the medical field, so I could be wrong), narcotic drugs are not included.

I was wondering about her as well…She spoke out quite soon after michael's death..I think she was one of the first persons to do so..Actually, she was the first person to bring up the diprovan…I was watching CNN tonight, and someone mentioned that had she not spoken of the deprivan, in all likelhood, they may have never thought to look for it in a tox screen, as it is not used outside of a hospital…I thought to myself, maybe she planted that info to the media as some sort of setup..

About “Aspartame”: Michael Jackson, a former Diet Pepsi spokesman died of cardiac arrest. This is something that was listed in the CDC investigation of “aspartame”. Furthermore, “aspartame” causes an irregular heart rhythm and interacts with all cardiac medication. It damages the cardiac conduction system and causes sudden death. You have less than 7 minutes to save the life. So many people are simply dropping dead that two Parliamentarians petitioned “WHO” several years ago to consider sudden death a syndrome to be tracked. It's killing athletes and Dr. Russell Blaylock, neurosurgeon, wrote an Athlete Alert. Today “defibrillators” are sold over-the-counter, and are even on planes: http://www.mpwhi.com/pilot_asp….._alert.htm

Dr. Murray didn't have a “defibrillator”.

Great thinking.

You are right. She was the first one to start talking about Diprivan…

Maybe we should start working on a timeline about who said what and when. Anybody with me?

About 80 Xanax a night, it's pretty hard to believe… Sure Xanax is good for anxiety, but cause a REAL BIG addiction.

But 80 a night, it's ALOT.

So now, I can die if I drink grapefruit juice….. wow

I'm not too familiar with the effects of Xanax, but wouldn't 80 a night kill you on the first try?
