Hmmm, have heard that Aspartame is evil; but because of it's alleged link to causing cancer….but never have I heard about it having adverse cardiac effects………or at least not by any reputable source based on scientific research/testing.

I read the page from this doctor and it sounds quite alarmist.   I also noticed the handy dandy link at the top; he's peddling books and supplements.   Hmmm.

I don't like the cut of her jibb. She's so full of crap! I new she was full of it the second she contradicted herself on Nancy Grace by first saying she new MJ for years and then later said she just met him in January of 2009.

remember how michael supposedly fired everryone the day he 'died; well maybe she could be a very ang person and is trying to bring michaels reputation down but i think shes getting paid for this and has not much money anymore from wasting gas driving to interviews telling lies about him on 'drugs' so she literally finds a way to get money and bring down michaels rep. huh? well idk i think anybody on the news or w.e speaking of michaels death is trying to get some fame or what not or make a lil bit of easy money by saying “oh yea michael always asked me for drugs'' 10 million probably right there for saying what the media wants to here!

I just remembered something that stuck me as odd from the larry king show last night?

Now tell me and maybe it does happen in the U.S. and not here in Canada,

The nutritionist told LK that her files on MJ were subpeoned via e-mail??  Does that sound logical or correct?

As far as I know, here in canada when you are subpeoned it has to be done in person. Not phone/fax/email etc.

Then Cherilyinn(Nutiritionist) also mentioned that in this email that she could just fax over these documents to the coroners office, even that sounds a little odd.  I believe she may have also said this subpeona came from the coroners office, can they do that??? I don't know the laws etc so to speak regarding this.  So she then claims to have contacted the “woman” who sent her this email and said she was not comfortable faxing/emailing these records on MJ and would rather deliver them personally.  So the woman I guess then tells her that she will personally come herself and pick them up.  Then Cherilyinn says that some man showed up in her place to pick up these files?

It all kind of sounds very unprofessional and sketchy to me even if the request did come from the coroners office.   I am almost certain that subpeona's issued here, first get the approval from the courts before they are delivered to the intended person(s). Someone can correct me if I am wrong, please do but this just seems very odd!!!

I am just wondering if anyone out there can answer my earlier post regarding the subpeona issue?  I still think it is quite odd to be subpeoned vie email?
