Someone posted earlier saying that diprivan cannot be detected after 24 hours or so and since it took so long for the drug to be checked in Michael's system it would be very unlikely that it will show in the toxicology report (if he is dead of course). BUt abc News reported that it can be (an anaesthiologist said it) detected at least 24 hours after it is administered to someone though fat metabolism i think it was. Could anyone with a medical background verify this – for all I know the media could be trying to feed us bs again…

that's what I was thinkin as well – they went as far as hiring a doctor to make it look and sound credible – with showing the whole procedure of administering the drug in a surgery room and all!

Although this is a good point, it is said that Michael used that over the last years. If he had used it once, maybe it would take time to be detected, but if he used it every day, I think it could have been detected on the spot… you know what I mean?

Girlinthemirror:
I understand what u mean but there is no hard evidence that michael's been using the drug recently – I read somewhere that he was very cautious about what he ate (he asked his personal chef to prepare vegetarian healthy meal everyday) and his health in general in preparation for the O2 concerts. plus how could he have passed the medical test with 'flying colours' if he was on somthin as powerful as diprivan?

You´re right, that´s what I think, too, but that´s not what the media wants us to believe, and this adds up to it…

However, his body examinated by the coroner the day after his death.

All BS. If he really used the amount of drugs they are saying, he couldn't even walk anymore, let alone dance for hours at the rehearsal 2 days prior to his death.
They're talking a lot of BS, but we already knew that, otherwise we wouldn't be here, right

He looked me deep in the eyes
He’s touchin’ me so to start
He says there’s no turnin’ back
He trapped me into his heart! |

I agree with u! Even the anaestheologist who was describing the drug looked suspicious. it was so obvious he was nervous as hell – it seemed like he was choosing his words carefully – it didn't look like a doctor was talking but rather an actor reading a script in verbatim!
