Michael Jackson Hoax Death

First of all, I'm making this thread YET AGAIN so people would read it and stop saying “Latoya signed it” “DC Not signed !”  etc. 
I would also like to FIRMLY credit member JEWELL who has done a wonderful job gathering information on the more legal aspects of this.

THE DEATH CERTIFICATE

1. There are, at least, THREE copies of Michael Jackson's death certificate circulating on the web right now. How do we know ? The barcode stamp is different, we have found three so far. However, information is the same.

According to someone who works in the mortuary business: the barcode on the side that has different numbers is a census tract data with geotracking information ; for the health departments to track diseases in certain areas and ethnicities. Sometimes, the barcodes are on there, sometimes they aren't – he's seen them different but doesn't know why exactly. The barcode is not needed for certification of authenticity.

3. The signature : 

- the signature of the coroner is blocked out. That means, we can only speculate if it's there or not : we do not know for a fact. Almost all states have introduced an electronic signature system so the DC wouldn't travel from office to office as it is signed. It stays in the system so all signatures are added electronically ; they can fit in the small blocks.

- Jonathan E. Fielding is the Director of the Department of Public Health and  Health Officer for Los Angeles County.

- Dr. Murray refused to sign the Death Certificate, we are told by the press : that would by it became the coroner's case ; the coroner then would sign it.

- LaToya Jackson did not sign the Death Certificate – she is merely an informant. The information blocked out is her address : it can be found disclosed on some other copies on the web than the one I have posted.
“Generally, an informant's name and address are given. The informant is the person who provided the information for the death certificate. Often this is a son or daughter or other close relative who has had direct contact with the deceased person for many years and who, therefore, is familiar with the deceased.”

4. General information on Death Certificates, Burial Laws etc.

- Survivors cannot bury or otherwise dispose of a corpse until a licensed physician signs a permanent death certificate or a medical examiner signs a temporary death certificate. Medical examiners (or coroners) list the cause of death as “pending” until further laboratory tests determine the actual cause of death.

- The cause of death is noted as “deferred.” A burial permit was also filed with the Los Angeles County's Office of Vital Records, but that document has not been made public. (according to E!Online)

- When there is insufficient information available to complete the death certificate, a “Pending Investigation” or “Deferred” Facts and Verdict certificate is issued. This deferred certificate enables the funeral services and burial to take place while additional chemical, microscopic slide preparation and examination, and investigation continues. At the culmination of these tests and investigation, the ruling is made based on all available information. A supplemental death certificate is then issued with the cause of death and ruling which supersedes the “Pending” or “Deferred” death certificate.

- If you cannot obtain an authorized copy under California law, you can obtain an informational copy. 

An informational copy contains the same information as an authorized copy, but will have a legend across the face with the statement “INFORMATIONAL, NOT A VALID DOCUMENT TO ESTABLISH IDENTITY.” 

Authorized and informational copies are both “certified copies.” 

5. Speculation

- We can't know for a fact if the coroner's signature is present.

- Place of residence is filed as “Encino” when Michael Jackson lived and “died” at Carolwood Drive.

- The media notified us of security breaches in the viewing of Michael Jackson's DC : 

LA County coroner officials are looking into the hundreds of unauthorized views of Michael Jackson's death certificate.

“There's only one person in the investigation of Mr. Jackson who needed to have a copy of the death certificate, and that was the investigator,” said chief coroner investigator, Craig Harvey.

In the two weeks after Michael's death, the certificate received more than 300 views on the restricted Electronic Death Registration System.

Harvey learned about the breached files while receiving a tip accusing a funeral home employee of creating a fake death certificate for the singer in the computer system.

Although the investigator did not discover the fraudulent death certificate, he learned the names of coroner's employees who viewed the document inappropriately.

Electronic access to Jackson's files had been locked, but weaknesses were discovered in the computer system to allow employee access.

“We took extra steps to plug those holes,” said Harvey regarding the computer's vulnerabilities.

In any further violations, disciplinary action will be taken to punish coroner employees.

The only question remaining is why “Was Biopsy Performed” it is checked as “No”. Thought the Jackson family were using the biopsy of the brain tissue as a delay for burying Michael.

Same exactly feelings and words ….  just delaying it more and more.

@Jewell – My bad.  I did a bit more research and found that biopsy is a smaller amount of tissue removal, while an autopsy can remove whole organs.

I was just kind of caught up in the fact that the Jackson family said they were waiting for a bit of the brain; as opposed to the entire brain.

On the subject of the brain. It takes approximately two weeks to harden the brain tissue to allow easier slicing and then the lab processes them (about 1 day), and runs them on whatever instrument they use (GC/MS, HPLC, spectrophotometer, gel electrophoresis) etc., or they run PCR and then follow up. So, in theory, you would expect they could get the results in a few days, at most.

I know their that there are few labs which do toxicology and they ae overwhelmed but you do have to consider whose brain it is.
