or maybe the lawyer are working with AEG and don't want his family to see the contract. I really feel that he didn't want those lawyer back. The lawyer maybe the key to this hold thing. I don't know if this is a hoax or a murder.

MJ rehired John Branca 3 weeks before his death. John Branca hadn't been his attorney for three years.

Again! I say MJ was a smart man. He named Co-executors to his will so the estate wouldn't be mishandled recklessly. I am behind him 100%. Didn't Kate go before the court earlier this week to get monies because all she was receiving was social security which wasn't enough to care for his 3 children? That request seemed a little off to me. I had no idea the Family was that broke. I know Janet called Donna Versace to have everyone outfitted for the Memorial Service. That had to have come out of Janet's pocket. I just find what Kate said awfully ridiculious. I strongly believe she is being manipulating by Joe Jackson. I am sure that is why MJ name Co-executors. I don't know what kind of hold that evil man has over her to the point that she can't think clearly for herself. Now she wants to be sole executor over MJ's estate. Tell me that isn't Joe Jackson talking? Heaven forbid that happens. Keep the Faith! God Bless!

MJ was giving his mother a monthly allowance. Since he has “died”, that allowance has stopped. MJ had in his will that if anyone contested his will they were to get nothing. Smart man. Katherine was merely asking the courts that IF she asked for monies, would she be cut off.

I have a question in the will it stated to she 40% and the kids get 40% so she get some money anyway right. Why would she contest the will and get nothing. I really think she don't trust those lawyers.

She is suppose to get money, yes, but until she does, she needs monety to live. Because this a high profile death, it could take months to settle because of fighting, disagreements etc. So until its settled, she is asking for an allowance so she can live, pay bills, support the kids, etc.
She is NOT contesting the will (I dont think) She simply ASKED if the fact that she is requesting money, would that be the same as contesting the will
