I honestly don't really know what to believe (hence the username :p) . I don't wish to go out on a limb and state “MJ is alive” b/c I can't know that and odds are, he indeed passed away on June 25th. HOWEVER, dead or alive, there are some very strange things surrounding his death.
Where is Oprah Winfrey ?
First, she did this major interview with him in 1993. Second, he was one of the world's biggest icon. Third, he was also an African-American icon. Oprah Winfrey is one of the most influential African-American woman in the US (and is even quite famous throughout the world) and let's face it, the woman's talkative. Not ONE statement since MJ's passing ? I can understand that she wouldn't attend the memorial etc. but I find it mightily strange that we haven't heard from her since his death. Where is she ?
Some said that the MJ content was pulled from her website – is that true ?
At the memorial, Quincy Jones, Liza Minelli, Macaulay Culkin, Liz Taylor, and Diana Ross weren't there.
Perez Hilton
Perez Hilton first reported MJ's death as a publicity stunt then took the article down minutes later. Now, Perez Hilton is nowhere near a credible news source. I'm just saying that he had his doubts as well.

Since when is TMZ the god of all news sources ? Why do they have this supposed access to all the photos of prescription drugs and even that strangely-worded letter allegedly written by MJ's doctor (the one where the random “This is it” is thrown in in bold letters and there's talk of a “second chapter”) ? They were also the first media source to announce MJ's death. Since when do credible news outlets take their info from a gossip website ?
If that weird letter is indeed FAKE – then TMZ's credibility is null. If that letter is real, then something's really off and “This is it” is code for something : could be drugs, could be a number of things etc.

I totally agree!
TMZ to me was just another dumb news source talking about celebrities and what they eat sleep and live on.
Not my cup of tea.
Now they have become this HUGE source of info in this whole thing!
wtf.
And Oprah…
I was surprised as well!
So she hasn't said a thing?

I agree it is weird Oprah has not said anything, but one possible reason for that may be she didn't like his habit of sleeping with young kids, I don't know if she believed he was an child molester or not but her warm feelings for him probably changed after the trial. So maybe her 'snubbing' him now is a way of expressing her disapproval of his behavior. Just a thought.
Perez Hilton well you can't really put faith into anything he says, so I wouldn't concern myself about him.
TMZ YES weird weird why is this news source suddenly so important, in my mind someone's paying them to make MJ look like a drug addict. They even changed the little image next to his name from a memorial “RIP” sign to a picture that looks like a prescription bottle.

I think we must not believe those websites. They are feeding what the masses wan't to hear/read. This site is there to filter all these messages.Fortunatley, some people start to think for themself when seeing al those news items.
So does a collegue of mine. Has never been a real Jackson fan. Liked to joke about him. But now he placed question marks by all the things happening before and after MJ's death. This to me sounds like the media have pushed it to far with the negative news. If even people dissing Jackson start to think about his death…

I did some googling for Oprah and Michael Jackson. I found a blog site of a woman who attended a taping of the Oprah Winfrey show 3 or 4 years ago. Here is the link:

Finally, one burly man from the front stood up along with his son and he explained to Oprah that he was managing his family the exact way Joe Jackson ran his. His kids were going to be famous, too! Well, let me tell you what happened next. All Hell broke loose! The Queen started yelling. She came marching down off the stage, into the audience and got in that man’s face like I have never seen before. He didn’t say a word. He just stood there and took it. What choice did he have? I was seated in the back of the auditorium and, frankly, she scared me, too!
“Do you have any idea what Joe Jackson did to his family? To his children?” and on and on she went about how abusive he was, how much those children had endured under his hand and no one, absolutely no one, should EVER try to emulate Joe Jackson. She continued railing about what Michael Jackson’s father had done to him and no child should ever live through that kind of torture again. Finally, she turned and walked back to her seat. The man and his son quietly sat down. Oprah was still going off about how this was her last show and she couldn’t believe she was dealing with this business. We sat there stunned. The interviews soon ended. Oprah announced there would be no “After Show” as she waved good-bye and marched off stage to her dressing room. The entire incident left me feeling quite empty and sad for the Jackson family.
Sooo…. that audience member definitely “touched a nerve” in Oprah regarding MJ. And it sounds like this incident happened after the pedophile stuff. I mean, it sounds like Oprah does have some strong emotions associated with MJ, so why not say SOMETHING regarding his death????

i had read a previous post somewhere on this site about oprah having made a cruise trip to istanbul, near where michael may be hiding. has anyone else heard this? it's higly suspicious she hasn't said anything; not even offer her condolences!

Maybe Perez was on to something when he posted that blog on June 25. Someone must have made him take it down because you can't have people thinking “hoax” before you release all the details. The hoax would definately have been more believable to WAY more people then. Think about it…if we hear something is going to be a hoax, we will question EVERYTHING about it, nothing will seem real. But if we are told what we are supposed to hear FIRST…we will concentrate on that instead of the truth behind it. Make sense??

I don't take those celebrity gossip sites literally. It is funny to watch how they contradict each other on many MJ topics though.
Or one site will post new info and then all the others follow suit. Ugh..losers…lol.
We also need to remember, it's these same sites / shows (ET, TMZ, Inside Edition, Extra, Access Hollywood), that made sure we *knew* Michael was a child molesting freak. They made sure to instill that in our minds by constantly cramming it down our throats, so what do we all do? Believe it, because we've been so brainwashed. 
Even after Michael was found innocent, did any of these shows bother to apologize for their accusations???
It's all about the mind control…
And now the media is making sure we know that MJ has been a strung out addict since 1984 and as you know they aren't letting up on that one.
Garbage in…garbage out….
I do wonder why Oprah is silent as well. Normally she would have booked a family member to be on her show by now.  Oh well. Time will tell.

I think it's pretty weird that Oprah hasnt made a statement about the death of The King of Pop. I mean i dont live in the US, so the Oprah shows are a bit delayed here in Europe. Has she said anything?
I think its kind of farefetch to belive she has anythting to do with his hoax death but nothing surpise me anymore…
