I live in France and I have just looked at information! he says that the Dr murray would be guilty of homicide and that he would have inject of the propofol just before michael dies! but once again it to refer to the magazine tmz! strange not! can I again hope to see again michael?

holy crap, what now, is it possible.
what bothers my train of thought keeping the focus that hes alive is the court dates he had, the days he arrived where he could barely walk, that seems like he jus came out of diprivan and was hurting. point is we have seen him a few times where he was either faking it or plainly high. and if so then htere is a chance he was doing this. oh god no.

The doctor didn't say he gave MJ Diprivan. This is what the doctor said via lawyer:
The doctor's attorneys in a statement Monday said they wouldn't comment on “rumors, innuendo or unnamed sources.” In the past, they have said Murray never prescribed or administered anything that could have killed the pop star.
Anything found in Dr. Murray's office in Houston was over 400 miles away from where he was living with MJ in Los Angeles and likely has no bearing on the investigation.
Dr. Murray's lawyer makes an announcement suggesting manslaughter charges for his client.
Finally, the LA coronor's lab is not “investigating” the cause of death yet, they are still waiting for autopsey results. Unless waiting counts as investigating.

Ok..i mean we don't know if Dr.Murray administered Proposol to MJ..
According to CNN, “Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, administered a powerful drug that authorities believe killed the singer, 'a source' with knowledge of the investigation confirmed to CNN on Monday. It was also stated that “The doctor's attorneys in a statement Monday said they wouldn't comment on “rumors, innuendo or unnamed sources.” “
However, according to TMZ, “We've told you since July 15 that police believe Dr. Conrad Murray administered Propofol to Michael Jackson — the drug that killed him. There's a reason police believe it. 'Dr. Murray told the'.“
There is a difference between being told by 'a source' and by 'Dr.Murray' himself.
CNN is definitely more credible than TMZ.
And like what Dr. Murray's attorneys said about not commenting on unnamed sources, we don't know whether the source is actually telling the truth although he/she is a person who has knowledge of the investigation. A source is pretty ambiguous…
And it's not realistic that Dr.Murray told the police that he administered propofol to Michael..
I mean seriously come on, it's like “Yoo hoo, i gave Michael propofol, and yeah i killed him, come arrest me”…..
ok…what i said might be confusing…maybe i'm not that good at explaining in words what's in my mind…
so…guys, i'm really really sorry if it came out sounding stupid…

I just really hope he's alive. That would be the only explenation for everyone acting so foolishly!!!! 
It's Michael Jackson we're talking about and they behave like it was their first case ever. If it was real I'm sure someone close to MJ would have stepped in a long time ago. I wish to believe so. I'd have if it was my brother or son or a friend and they were acting like in a fing circus!!! I wouldn't just sit there watching how they run in circles. arrghhhh…

-> was there ever an investigation started till now?
-> where are the video surveillance tapes of mjs house
-> there exits a very fishy 911 call
-> who gave mj a brilliant condition on the examination for the o2 concerts?

It is considered reckless in the medical community for a doctor to administer an IV drip of Propofol without the patient being monitored by an EKG, which sounds an alarm when the patient's pulse drops too low. No EKG was found in the house.
Another device — known as a pulse oximeter — is used to determine the oxygen saturation in the patient's blood. If the patient's breathing slows to a dangerous level, an alarm alerts the treating physician. Again, no oximeter was found in the house.
I don't believe much of anything that comes fromTMZ,But TMZ are'nt the only media that's reporting this as a fact.CNN,TODAY,Larry king etc…they are not all lying.the LAPD had an opportunity to plant fake evidence during Michael's trial but didn't.I believe this story is accurate.Yes ,Dr.Murray needs to man up and confess what he did because the toxicology report is going to tell on him.The sad part is when the truth finally does hit, its not going to be about a human life that was taken, its going to be about money.Dr.Murray allgedlly wanted to be paid a million dollars a month to be Michael Jackson's doctor,and he's the one who suposedly gave Michael all these tests that he supposedly passed to go on tour,but allegedlly Michael never signed off on the documents for Dr.Murray to be paid.Try this theory,Michael Jackson was worth more money dead than he was alive,so they hired Dr.Murray to kill him.Look at all the money being made now,merchandise,9million records sold,you can barely find a t-shirt anywhere,there are now new generations of Michael fans who are now exploring his music.I have a six year old God-son who didn't know who Michael was until he died,now Michael Jackson is all he wants to listen to and see on tv.Money is the root to all evil,allegedlly Michael said they were trying to kill him to get that Beatles catalog back….just something to make you think.

he's basically admitting to a crime the police can't find evidence of. Yes, they supposedly found propofol at MJs house, and yes Murray has said he gave it to MJ – but that drug wont show up in MJ's tox reports, because it disappears from the body shortly after it's injected. Basically Murray is admiting to give MJ drugs, but non-tracable drugs. How can they charge him if they cant proove a crime was done?

He didn't confess. At least there is no statement availlable in any article or on the news. This rumor was started by TMZ and completely unsubstantiated by any named source.
I don't believe the diprivan rumor. It was injected into the debate by this nurse and everyone has just run away with it.
I believe MJ was receiving IV fluids and posibly a protein drip… to keep him healthy and hydrated while preparing for these performances. This was standard procedure according to MJ himself in an interview given some years back.
This would explain why no monitering devices were found in the home.
I think this Diprivan story is a Figi Mermaid.

If Dr. Murray ADMITTED to ADMINISTERING MJ Propofol :
Conrad Murray is not LICENSED to administer such drugs : that alone would get him charged for SOMETHING.
Yet Murray is still “running free.”
Question is : WHY ?
