This mysterious “death” of Michael Jackson is bringing back memories of the summer of 1995 when the producers of the The Simpsons ran a mini-”whodunnit” murder mystery over the summer. If you watch the Simpsons, then you remember how it was a two-part episode where part 1 was the season finale where Mr. Burns was shot and the clues were given in the episode BUT you had to wait the whooooooooole entire summer till SEPTember during the season 7 premiere to find out WHO did it!! During the summer there was a contest and everything given by the show's writers….man I remember it like it was yesterday…crazy how it was 14 years ago!! wOw.
I know Michael wasnt shot bUT i do think its crazy that his mysterious “death” has become a new mini-summer murder mystery!
Mr. Burns was in a COMA the entire time and therefore could not speak on who his shooter was. (makes me think of the coma theory again lol)

also, for those that get a kick out of numbers
–this was the twenty-fifth and final episode of the sixth season (6/25) 
–the episode where the viewers finally found out who shot Mr. Burns was the premiere of the 7th season
if you're a simpsons fan, then this should be a walk down memory lane for you. If you never watch the Simpsons, at least watch these two episodes… that was an interesting summer

Yeah , I saw this when I was about six and everyone was talking about it …. just like this … weird … 25th and Season 7? that has to be a sign ..

haha great,i grew up with the simpsons and am still adiccted….
and homer found an old lolipop beneath his driver seat…
well,and dont forget the season,where crusty wanted to escape from his life and made a death hoax as well….

well,maybe we have to check all simpsons seasons now,that ll be the key,hahaha….
