As we all know, TMZ saw Katherine and Joe Jackson, along with Michael's brother Randy at a restaurant yesterday, and one of the TMZ people asked Joe if he thought there was a conspiracy theory involved around Michael's death. Joe seemed “unusually quiet.”
Two questions:
Why was Katherine with Joe? He's proabably just buttering her up because she gets 40% of Michael's estate, and as Joe has said in the past that they are still married and, “what's hers is mine.” So we all know where his mind is. This really refreshes the song lyrics, “i got my mind on my money, and my money on my mind. Well so does LaToya, as she's seen sporting a “Time is Money” trucker hat while shopping for designer duds in her Bentley shortly after Michael passed. Like father, like daughter! Well hopefully, not in any other way.
Where were the kids? I thought Katherine had custody? She was supposed to have them. I would think the kids would love to go to a nice restaurant too, it seems they have disappeared. We all knew this was coming.
Maybe TMZ isn't in on it, which i think is true. They just like dramatizing everything.

Yeah i noticed that Joe was awfull quiet. Mabye Michael told him to either say some “Wise” words, or “Shut it” before he ruins it.
I would also like to know why they didnt bring the children?
Dont think they have joined Michael yet.

Lets wait and see how long it will before we see any of the children again.

you don't know why kathrine and Joe were together , this is his wife whether you like it or not they are married, MIchael wouldn't be nothing without JOE, Joe made sure that his children who were living in poverty in the freaken Ghetto stay out of trouble, none of them did drug, nor went to jail nor were gangsters none of the daughters were pregnant at 14, he did what any father who cares for his kids do.
the kids were then manipulated into hating on Joe cause the power that be knows that the only way they could destroy this family is to separate the kids from their protector, so they can be exploited .

I wouldn't take my kids everywhere. Sometimes grown ups talk about things kids don't need to hear. Maybe they were at a church function or staying with relatives (a sleepover with cousins, perhaps), or maybe they stopped for dinner after meeting with lawyers, or accountants, or any number of other reasons.
I only pointed it out because the OP made it sound like it was suspicious that they weren't there. Can you IMAGINE the media CIRCUS if those kids were just sitting in a restaurant right now? These aren't your kids or mine, these are MICHAEL JACKSON's kids.

Are you serious?
Is that why Joe was living in Vegas the whole time before Michael passed away, while Katherine was still at the Jackson family compound in California? I guess he never cheated on her once then, back in the day? This is none of our business but you know the truth. If he was such a loving husband, you don't think he'd be living in sin city. I guess everyone lies about him then. He was promoting his record label 2 days after Michael passed away, and he wasn't aware that Michael had a drug problem, and acted like he didn't know. He must of not been very close to the son he made famous? That sounds weird, doesn't it? If he was such a great father, his children would be praising him. Maybe he's a good grand father, i guess that's why he's not allowed around the kids.
As for 'ass kicking' there is a difference between spanking and slapping you with an ironing cord, or hitting you with anything lying around, like tree branches. That's pretty sad if you have to beat your kids 'asses' so they don't become pregnant teens or drug dealers. Does that lessen the value of your words? Children should respect their parents starting at a very young age by listening to them, and communicating. Anyway this has nothing to do with Michael Jackson, just losers i know exist. I believe you have it wrong, Joe wouldn't be anything without Michael. He always had a belt in his hand during their practices. That is horrible, i'm sorry. I don't care how rich or poor, famous, not famous someone is, i don't believe in that. No, spanking is not child abuse. There is a fine line, and if you can't tell then i'm sorry. If Michael wasn't so talented since he was born, i can assure you it was not Joe's talent that got the Michael Jackson Estate. It was strictness, and a no love relationship. His kids couldn't even call him dad. He was known to them as Joe. How sad.
So i guess you're saying the only option to stardom or other success is to beat your children, to get what you want out of life, or your kids lives, and i guess your only options are successful children or drug dealer type lowlifes, try just normal. Not everyone's successful, we fall, but we get back up again. Success is a goal. We support our children, and hope they make the right decisions in life, and remember the things we have told them, words of wisdom. We don't want them to remember beatings, and living in fear of failing. There is such things as actually talking to your kids, and telling them right from wrong, you know, morals. They could of been famous without all the pressure, beatdowns, breakdowns, and insults. I might not know Joe, or have seen it all or hung out with him, but i can assure you, i've seen enough.
