I saw the pic of the 911-call at the firetruck a few minutes ago, and I have 2 things I can't work out.

The guy from 911 knew the address without anyone mentioning it. I thought that could be because they called with a house phone. But at the screen it says mobile phone. How the heck can they trace it to the exact address? The street maybe, but the number too? It's also strange that they hang up by saying: If you have any questions, call back . I'm not sure how it works in the US, but here in Holland they have to stay on the phone untill the paramedics have arrived. Is the 911-call real, or is it a fake?

And there's another thing. I'm not a doctor, but when you suffer cardiac arrest, you're heart stops right? That's why it is a cardiac arrest and not a heart attack (please correct me if I'm wrong). So how come that they are telling us he had weak pulse (heartbeat!) but wasn't breathing?

He looked me deep in the eyes He’s touchin’ me so to start He says there’s no turnin’ back He trapped me into his heart!

i dont know the answer to all your questions unfortunately but when it comes to the address i heard on the 911 tape that the guy was saying it at the very beginning of the call.

Yes. the adress is being said at the beginning.

But he only says California, 90077, the ambulance staff guess the district (Carolwood), which is right and then he says “Carolwood Drive, yes”

No house no.

How did they know it's Michael's House?

When I called 911 from my cell phone I didn't have to give them my address.. They must have some kind of tracker or something but it was weird that they told him to call back if they needed anything else they always stay on the phone till someone gets there

He specifically says, and I quote:

“100 North Carolwood Drive, Los Angeles, California, 90077.”

Yes, I can hear now. Strange, I can't recall hearing it before…

But what about the pulse when having cardiac arrest? Anyone have a medical background here?

What I found really strange is when the guy asked:

- 'is he breathing?',

- 'no',

- 'is he conscious?'

How idiotic is that! If you're not breathing, you are not conscious. When I heard it I was like 'WTF'. I doubt that 911 call is real.

and if I only could, I’d make a deal with God, and I’d get him to swap our places, be running up that road, be running up that hill, be running up that building.

That call did seem fake, even though it was a doctor there. Evidently they needed help if they called 911.

The operator towards the end said call us back if you need any more help? Hmmmm, hello he's not conscious, I think he needed help!

He could have been entering ventricular fibrillation when his pulse was taken – your heart doesn't actually stop beating altogether — it just sort of vibrates or flutters uncontrollably because the electrical signal that controls the heartbeat is all screwed up.  It's almost useless in terms of pumping blood, and there may or may not be a very weak, erratic pulse.  But it would be VERY weak to detect.  I've heard ventricular fibrillation referred to as cardiac arrest many times before because I myself had two V-fibs.  If you are successfully revived from this, which I thankfully was twice, you WILL suffer memory and cognitive problems, etc.  It all depends on how long it takes before the paramedics bring you back.  I remained in a coma for awhile after.

And you are able to sit at the computer after lying in a coma; Wow. I find that miraculous.
