I was just doing some research and found that michael jackson on often occasions had hired E'Cassanova as a double for when paparazzi used to hound MJ at awards and hotels etc…..he used to use E'Casanova as a diversion so that the paparazzi would follow him which would then give MJ a hassle free walk to his SUV.
Now what i am implyin is could E'Casanova of played a part in the ambulance as seen in this photo and the ambulance photo…
you be the judge
look at the similarities in the nose, side burns, hair, eye brows and shape……. could this be the MJ imposter from the ambulance….

Before to see this topic I was wondering how the nose of “ET HD EXCLUSIVE” is somehow….small
MJ's nose is not so small like the pic in the ambulance
But I dunno…

the eyebrows and color of the lips look really similar too (if that is a small part of his lip in the lower picture just above the white part)

Good call…good call. 
When I seen the nose of the 'MJ' in the ambulance in that magazine a few days ago, I knew it wasn't him! I figured it was one of his look alikes.
You know what's funny…I have been buying some of those Collector's Editon magazines tributing Michael and in some of the photos, I looked closely and some were of Navi…lol.
I should look through them and see if I can spot E Casanova….
I will say, it is hard to tell at times. But any MJ fan can easily see that it wasn't him in the ambulance if the look closely…like we are.
This is fun. 
I will give those look alikes credit though….man…they are GOOD! LOL.
You know speaking of look alikes…I wonder why TMZ, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Editon, etc, etc, hadn't thought about look alikes / decoys?

I haven't really looked hard at the picture on the OK magazine, But my opinion that he isn't dead makes me question him being in that picture. I'm sure it isn't him. I can say that I feel it is a decoy as well. Or a wax dummy.

and his nose does look more similar to the person in the ambulance photo's- not exact, but more similar than recent pictures of MJ.

Oh great, I had printed out pictures from the Internet of Michael to post in my journal and now some of them might be of E Casanova!  Ah well, I'll leave them…they both are hot…hee hee. *blush*
But I will not put pictures of the 'O2 Michael' in my journal cuz we all know that was not him.
