If you type into Google “Michael Jackson's Ear” you wil find a whole bunch of sites with photos showing that his ear had been odd looking… “It is thought cartilage has been repeatedly taken from the 50-year-old's ear to rebuild his nose” here is the link:

If you look at the picture taken from when he is in the ambulance, I'm not sure if the ear looks the same or not

Well, you can't tell for sure if that's his ear because of the point of view but his ear seems to be really close to his head while the ear of the person in the ambulance is a little spread away from the head!`?

 I agreeee! I still will never be convinced that that is MJ in the ambulance! It's obvious.

To me it's the same ear; which is not the same ear is the one from the rehearsal, that's a complete ear.
