Poor Michael,what a complete mess. According to this article, Michael has claimed he never personally signed the papers for the family-reunion show, it was his manager who signed on his behalf. Sounds like his 'manager' was signing deals here, there and everywhere, (it's a bit like whipping a horse to go faster when your on a roll and getting closer to the finishing line. Michael was the horse.) If this is the case ,then Michael didn't know whether he was coming or going. I suspect that Michael did not want to do these family reunion shows, hence why he wanted to concentrate on his O2 comeback. I am just speculating. I could be wrong.

One question to point out…..How can it be a' breach of contract or fraud' if Michael didnt personally sign the contract himself?

I am not really a legal expert, but I always thought that if you personally signed papers and you don't adhere to the contract, then yes, it is a breach of contract, not if somebody signed for you on your behalf, either with or without Michaels knowledge, surely? Maybe someone in the know might know.

He has many reasons…more than almost anyone.

He has put up with the media and unfair lawsuits for long enough…every time he turns around, someone is trying to ’steal’ his money by coming up with every imaginable allegation against him…do you know how many times he has been served with lawsuits in the past few yrs? AND these are all false – but in America, this goes on all the time, and he has been a target because of his wealth…and status.

And as I said before, he is constantly stalked and hunted by the media and his fans…he cannot even leave his home without all types of extreme measures…THIS has been going on almost all his life! (I lived in the same area as his family back in the 70’s and part of the 80’s.)

So, his disappearance is not for ‘commotion’ – IT’S for the exact opposite…. to seek PEACE in his life…once and for all.

And he truly deserves it, don't you think?

(And his children do know and they will be able to see him)

Thank you for that article.  It made my heart hurt for Michael just reading that, it really did. A $40 million lawsuit thrown at him, for what?  What did he do?  NOTHING! Ugh….it makes me want to scream   No wonder he wrote that song!

I can't believe people sometimes…

Michael, I am sorry people use and abuse you.  It breaks my heart.  You trust people and they stab you in the back.  That makes me want to cry.

Wherever you are MJ, your fans love you more!

What a mess!!! They treat Michael Jackson like a merchandise, I would have faked my own death if I was in his shoes.
