I'm in denial. My head tells me he's gone, my heart hopes he's still with us. I'll give it 3 months max, than I'll rest my case and accept he's gone.

I agree! At this moment in time there are still too many unanswered questions for my liking and thats the thing that is keeping me going and thinking this isn't real.
Without meaning to sound like a weirdo I don't know if I will ever be able to accept that Michael is “gone” because his music and his legacy will live on forever.

Yeah, I need to know the REAL truth.
However, if the custody hearing goes to court on Aug 3rd, does that cancel out the hoax idea? I know they already supposedly reached an agreement but when they finally present it to the court, doesnt that cancel out the hoax or at least cancel out the possiblity of a comeback??

Not sure what the custody laws are in CA, but at this point someone needs to be their guardian since they are minors. I alos don't think (but not 100% sure) that family court records are not public record, so who knows what exactly is in the agreement. Debbie first came out saying she was going to seek custody and then backed off pretty quick.
