As soon as the news broke of MJ “death” – the family were almost immediately in court saying that they believed there was no will.
A will dated 2002 turned up.
This week Latoya says MJ updated his will every 5 years and they were expecting a will dated 2007 to turn up.
WTF? If you were a lawyer in America or any other country and you had MJs will dated after 2002 wouldn't you take it to be filed at court?
Tripped herself up there didn't she?

Yes she did! EVERYONE is tripping over their own words. And the more I hear about these 'slip up's the more I laugh to myself. Because everyone is lying and getting caught up in their lies!

Yeah I thought that was very suspicious too, I searched and found the quote:
  “We believe there is another will which will emerge. He updated his will almost every five years, so we expect one to come from 2007,” -LaToya Jackson
Expect? It sounds very much like she's had contact with Michael recently, and he's made his wishes known that he does not want them to go by the 2002 will. Watch them “discover” a recent will.
Coupled with latoya's present tense words at the memorial, this definitely points to a hoax.

I just want to make a point about the use of “present tense” with regards to Michael. Many people believe that when you die it's merely your body that leaves us but your soul remains here on earth. Sometimes people speak in the present tense when the death of a very loved one happens so suddenly because it is just to painful to speak of them in past tense. Mabe that's their way of holding on to him. For the record…I believe he's here!

if he had a will in 2002 , why is she sounding like he made one just a few days ago – she uses too many “Present Tense” words when she speaks…
they need to learn a better vocabulary or learn nouns and verbs …

Well i think the family thinks they sould say something to keep thinks going.
I have read today that there was a raid at the Dr.'s home or hospital i think.
I read this in the Metro news paper. hhmm things getting more and more spooky  .
