if anyone has read lisa marie's blog, you would've believed almost immediatey that Michael knew of his fate, a life of a short span inevitable even for the King of Pop. However, if we break it down, it might have another meaning to it. probably coz I was born years after the King of Rock n Roll died so I'm a lil less emotional over his passing, and maybe a little more receptive to the theories surrounding bout his death.

if you believe so, then take a look at his lovely daughter's blog
'I can't recall the exact subject matter but he may have been questioning me about the circumstances of my Fathers Death.
At some point he paused, he stared at me very intensely and he stated with an almost calm certainty, “I am afraid that I am going to end up like him, the way he did.”
I promptly tried to deter him from the idea, at which point he just shrugged his shoulders and nodded almost matter of fact as if to let me know, he knew what he knew and that was kind of that.'
let's say Elvis is not dead, and Michael had been questioning the circumstances of his death, could he be questioning how he managed to pull the hoax off and convince the legions of fans who still visit Graceland on a yearly ritual? if he was so nearly composed and assured that he would end up the same fate, does that mean at that time he had been thinking of this idea, and in the later years had the space and time to plan it out (after the 2005 trial he was pretty much living the life away from the public's scrutinisation)? if he knew what he knew, who's to say that this might not be as accidental as they have put it to be, and just a really well-stylised, organised and planned out scheme?
on the other hand, he might be saying the same fate was passing from drug overdose, which both of them were dependent on. trying to look at this from all possible angles so as to reach a most conclusive no-hole theory that the media is otherwise less capable off.
also, responding to one of the comments made bout this suggestion I had earlier on, I'm not suggesting that Michael had planned to coincide his death on june 25th 2009 with the same date that a comment was made bout elvis' death in june 25th 1979. I don't evn know what comment was that and last I checked the King of Rock and Roll passed away in August.
still, anyone here can prove me otherwise so we can make furhter improvements or prevent making a fatal mistake, or might even back me up here? (X
* btw, this is total trivia, but I think it's kinda cute. Michael has always been a huge fan of the simpsons right? there was a comment left by someone here way way back posting on a link to a blog that discusses Michael's un-real death (surprise surprise), and compared that to Evita Peron whose body was not located until many years later. not to say that she didn't die, but that there have been gaps before in history between a person's reported death and the final claim of the body – possibly ( I emphasise on the suggestion here) Michael is exploiting the gap between his reported death and the claim of his body (we still are not sure where it is) and live the life he's always wanted till he really is… gone. back to the simpsons', season 15th second episode – homer's mom was believed to have died from a bus crash, they even held a funeral for her but lo and behold she escaped and is well and alive. the episode right after is a loose parody on evita peron's life. this SHOULD NOT be taken out of context, but I thought it's a little more interest to add to our never-ending quest to find the truth (X

Hi, I too have wondered about the 'Elvis' connection here..Both Micheal and Elvis are very similar..I was watching a clip of Mike on YT tonight..He took off his jacket and hurled it into the crowd..{he was at an awards ceremony}..Elvis used to do things like that too..Both men were also very spiritual ..King of Rock, King of Pop..The addiction to prescribed medications..{In Mike's case big?????}..I find it difficult to believe he had the problem they say he did, but who knows..Neverland, Graceland…Yes I wonder…Maybe we'll never know..If you have followed any of the Elvis hoax death theories some of them really make you think..Strangely, Elvis was spotted again the day after Mike 'died'…Sitting in a wheelchair outside the front entrance of Graceland..The pic I saw was only very small, but I did wonder about the body language..The way this person was sitting in the wheelchair..The pic was snapped by a fan…Security escorted her off the Graceland property..She had snuck in somehow…She said the security guys were very nice to her and when she said “hey that's Elvis”..They didn't deny it…This story did come from one of those questionable sites though..Still, it made me think. Elvis had such a huge ego…Maybe if he is still alive he didn't want to be upstaged by Mike's 'death' and HAD to make an appearance..LOL…Take care and thanks for a great post..xx

Thanks for the great post. I too have always wondered about the “death” of Elvis. Obviously being 30 years ago, the “hoax” would not have been so maticulously planned but nevertheless, the same questions arise for Michael and they did for Elvis. Even though Elvis had an open casket, the pictures of him in the casket do not appear to be right. The Elvis in the casket is clearly years younger and healthier looking than the Elvis we knew at the time. Again, just conjecture but there are so many similarities between the two.

I think Elvis could have easily faked his death…He was friends with at least two presidents…He had friends in high places both in government and law enforcement..And you would need friends in high places to be able to hoax your death..He was also the victim of a number of extortion attempts, plus he had received death threats…Back in 1977 it would have been easier to disappear..There were no cell phones..There wasn't any internet..In this electronic age things are a lot more difficult..Elvis was also an agent for the FBI..I have been following the Elvis death hoax theory for years..Maybe Michael did the same..Keep an open mind.xxx

That autopsy report was fake…There was another one I believe..It is interesting though isn't it? Vernon Presley had a private autopsy done as he believed his son had been murdered..That report was not to be made public for 50 years..I was 14 at the time..I'll be 64 at the time it is due for release..That's if it is released…The Jackson's could do the same…A privately requested autopsy by the family doesn't have to be released..It could hold significantly more info then the publicly released one.

Well it's an interesting story emanviam..Thank you for the post…Of course there was the 'wax dummy' theory and the woman did say she barely recognised the corpse as being that of Elvis…But It probably was Elvis..The point is no one has ever really gotten to the bottom of things..Some of the Elvis fans wont accept that he has gone..And some of these theories do make you think..Some are just ridiculous too of course…I think it pays to keep an open mind..Thanks again…Take care..xxx

Well here's food for thought – On Elvis' death certificate, it has been signed… by Elvis himself.
Where it says his name, Elvis Aron Presley, the writing style has been proven by handwriting experts to be that of Elvis Presley.

Apparently the original documents disappeared and this one was made, dated 2 months after Elvis died (they reduced his weight a bit too! Elvis was pretty vain!). Vernon Presley wanted a few things covered up so put the documents in safe keeping with a clause they can't be made public until 50 years after his death. Not saying I believe it but it makes for good reading! It's been ages since I last looked into it so details are a bit foggy. I just think he slapped the 50 year clause on because he didn't want the public to know that Elvis was on drugs. aw thanks for the sweet post haha just trying to provide an alternate angle to this entire theory. even though we might be proven wrong at the end of the day, we can proudly say that we've been investigating at every possible objective perspective to uncover what the media is covering with speculations and lies. your mention bout the elvis' friend is really enlightening, had no idea that happened! plus the comment bout elvis' ego is too cute – we all know mega stars have mega egos who are in need of attention – in the good way! hopefully we can find out more with everyone's posting bout elvis, but if he has no connection to this hoax, it was a good try!

Sorry emanviam, I didn't mean to sound so matter of fact! I really dont remember all the details about the Elvis conspiracy – am supposed to be looking after my kids (damn school holidays!) but cant resist coming on here every few minutes to see if anything new has come up! bad mummy!

hmm maybe it won't matter, the elvis connection, but we're all just trying to uncover the mystery with each possible and objective angle, unlike the media which is so fixated on the unnamed sources they derive their reports on hmm. haha thanks much was watching the reruns and it was a strike of mental lightning!
I feel he is alive in my heart too, though the mind otherwise says sometimes, but like the old adage – follow your heart and not your mind, ay? (X
