What are our Chances now? Do we believe its media Spoof? Or Do we take this as an Illegal Action and Mj Can't never come back or we take it as MJ was Murdered ?

well I just heard that these papers arent public record so we cant check if it is true,so for me it isent a bummer,it can all be hear say,media and news will print what they hear even they cant check if this is true,so i am still where i was yesterday

I agree! Until I can see public records, besides the faked DC, that prove Michael is dead I will continue to believe that Michael is alive. There are still many things to me that don't add up and I still have a feeling that Michael is ok

get some money from MJ to claim sth. about a life insurance.

Jewell also told that it`s ususally in the USA that no details about those insurances will be disclosed…

indeed. It's brilliant, really. They can claim that the life insurance has been paid, and we cant check if it's true. I know Jewell has been posting about  “associated press” in just about every thread tonight, but really anyone in the jackson camp could've leaked that info knowing that most of the public would believe it, and that it would put a serious downer on the conspiracy theories. It's very easy to do when we cant check up on it. And it worked, didnt it? Just look at how many people here went into OMG mode within seconds of hearing this……….

Excellently put! I agree that this has been leaked by one of The Jackson camp. We can't check up on this because of it's a not a public record so how convenient! I know it's hard because people are starting to believe Michael is dead but I wish they would take a step back first and look at everything from all angles before starting to freak out! BTW I don't mean that comment to be nasty to anyone

but do we give a deadline of when to give up?   I don't want to spend the next 20 years of my life wondering if he is alive…at some point you have to move on.   You can't just dismiss everything you don't like hearing about as fake, and stuff you do like as legit.   Up until early this morning I was still looking for clues and now it just seems pointless.   We are getting silly with people saying “the insurance company is in on it”…at some point you have to be realistic, even if it is very painful to face.   I hope the insurance thing isn't true but at some point you have to say, “do I think it's not true from a logical perspective, or do I just want to live in denial?”

I'd love to see a report that the insurance policy payment wasn't true..but until then, it's a sad day for me.

I agree that it's not healthy for us to spend so much time on here and second guessing everything that happens, however I can't help myself!

I think I will give it until the New Year and then start to believe Michael has died, or he has hoaxed his death and doesn't want to be found. I have a feeling if Michael is to come back it will be then. After all new year, new start.

Interesting what you said about TMZ. Maybe The Jackson's have started to realise that leaking information to TMZ isn't smart because aren't believing it and that's why they have gone with a more credible news source? I mean just a thought.

Perhaps they've realised how much investigation we've done and how many inconsistencies we've found and how many unanswered questions we have, and decided to step it up? Perhaps they thought that people would believe anything as long as it's in the media, but now they've found out that we dont believe TMZ……..

Someone related  to the family told me that the AP comes here and check this website on a regular basis,

they saw my comment about the death certificate, and insurance, though i don't know what thread i posted  about it,

anyway they called the encino mansion and asked about the life insurance claims, to try to confirm if MJ is dead or not, they were told this is a private manner,

now understand this , if the Jacksons are in on the hoax, there is two ways they gonna say,

YES WE CLAIMED THE LIFE INSURANCE PAYOUT, which would mean  NOT THAT MJ is dead , but they lied to the press to throw them off, which would also throw us off of thinking that we are about to find out that MJ is indeed alive  they are trying to distract us from our search.

or if they are kind enough to answer the Media they  gonna say NO ! if they want to tell the media about it,  this would be a dead give away that MJ is not dead, and will confirm what we have been thinking all along,

and they don't want to let anyone know.

but anyway, life insurance payout is a private manner,

and also lthe Jackson's phone number has changed they cut the media off lol!

If it is a private matter then who gave the AP the information? These are private records and they couldn't get the information on their own so who told them? The bigger question is why? IMO that information isn't relevant to the case. All most people want to know is how he died and who did it. I don't think anybody (except us) cares about  his life insurance when there are WAY more important issues that people are concerned with. So what was the point of even releasing this? It was something that never needed to be revealed. Perhaps it was done so the people that are questioning his death go “oh ok, life insurance paid out, he's dead”. Pretty good idea, except most aren't buying it.
