I was just on the main page which ahs been updated by admin and she/he was talking about Dr Murray and his issues. I wanted to post here what I posted there as food for thought. Admin was asking why DR Murray was doing CPR on a patient who had a pulse.

I was a First Aid instructoe for almost twenty years and I have never taught a student to do CPR on a patient with a pulse. The only thing you would do would be Artifical respiration and that alone. The brain has a carbon dioxide trigger and as long as you are breathing for a patient the heart would be fooled into thinking the body is still breathing and the heart would continue beating as normal.

If DR Murray was a Dr dealing in drugs would he not have had some basic First Aid equipment with him? An Ambu bag and an airway tube? These are basic things.

Also if DR Murray was dealing with a drug like Diprovan ( which I do not believe by the way) he would have had one of the most basic peices of equipment called a diffibrilator. You can but them for about $500 here in Canada and they are everywhere as a basic First Aid tool.

Also anyone who was dealing with someone who was suspected of having a drug problem should hve and would have been given a drug called Narcanon or Narcon ( look it up) This is also a bassic tool and here in Canada is automatically given to anyone who is in distress due to drug overdose. It in effect reverses the effects of many drugs and can revive a patient very quickly.

As a competant DR would he not have known about these basic things? And if he did not he should be charged with malpractise ASAP. I am not sure about the US but I believe that Narcon is given right away and the Ambulance should have had it. Even if the ambulance did not have I know about it why did Dr Murray not have it as a DR dealing with a perosn who was a supposed drug addict??? WAs he insanely stupid? I have been totaly confused from the beginning about the CPR being done on the bed as this is CPR 101 that it never done that way,,,,, no exeptions. I have never taught this and have always taught that CPR MUST be done on a hard surface and only if there is no heartbeat. If Dr Murray is a cardiologist and they said he did CPR with one hand behind MJ back and the other hand pumping that is crazy. Have any of you tried to do CPR on an adult with one hand? It is not possiible. The compressions would not be effective at all. You have to compress the heart at leat 1 and 1/2to 2 inches and you could not do that one handed ( I have tried)

Oh my ….I am ranting but I find the whole CPR AR thing very very odd.

Either this doc is disastrously incompetent or a complete fake!

When Michael was found by his doc the doc said that he had a faint pulse. When I have a faint pulse isn´t it a big mistake to give me a CPR – wouldn´t this CPR kill me? Because faint pulse means that my heart is still beating. Am I right or not?

yes you are right. If there is a pulse and you do CPR you can disrupt the natural rythm therefore cause the heart to stop beating on it's own ( or so I have been told)

This is CPR at it's basic and a cardiologist should have known this after 6 or more years of schooling whereas I had only an instructor level /CPR.

As a Dr. even if he did CPR when he was not suposed to he should have had the drugs and a difibrillator available to him to get the heart started without alot of problems.

I have seen the timelines and I think that it is all wrong. If MJ passed as is stated 3 hrs or more he would have been cold and no Dr in his right mind would have tried to perform CPR or AR on a patient that had been gone for 2 hrs.

No Dr or person would have taken him to the hospital 1 hr later and insisted that measures be taken to try to rescusitate him in the ER almost 2 hrs later.

Dr Murray made some very huge mistakes. The timeline for rescusitation are all wrong.

He usually came down for the breakfast at 10 or 10'30. He did not ask for help until after 1200. that leaves 2 hrs. If the DR fell asleep by mistake when he woke MJ would have been cold ( as stated on the Admin main page) If MJ stopped breathing as they say there is no way his heart would keep beating for 2 hrs… or 1 hr ….or 30 mins.,,, his heart would have stopped very quickly after his breathing stopped.

Please correct me anyone if I am wrong

OK so tell me why is no one else asking the same questions? What the hell is wrong with everyone?  Has everyone gone insane just because its Michael Jackson?  They have left the door open for people to question EVERYTHING, so why are not?  Hello…. they couldn't be leaving any more clues even if they tried.  And I don't think all these “clues” weren't meant to be discovered, they have been left on purpose. Strangley the chef decided to “come” out of hiding and feed everyone a bunch of lies, wonder who will be next?  No one has heard from his security guard since his wife said he has gone somewhere to deal with everything…WH?

So NOTHING matches, not the medical reasons, not the families or the friends stories, definitely not the Dr's stories, none of the images or videos released to the pubic, no body, the memorial was very odd to say the least, no autopsy results, not much from the LAPD or DEA… and the list goes on….its just too quite for someone of Michael's status to have died.

And the Doc went down to get Prince and a security guy, so WHO did the CPR during this time?

Hmmmmmm. Don,t know do we. As far as I can see no one and once CPR started you never leave unless your own life is in danger or there are very extreme reasons.

I raised this question previously, about why it was alleged that MJ had a weak pulse yet this doc was allegedly performing CPR on him (you don't perform chest compressions on someone who still has a pulse).

As for the use of Narcan — in the case of a Diprivan overdose, Narcan wouldn't do anything.  Narcan is the antidote for those who've overdosed on narcotics; Diprivan isn't a narcotic, it's used for general anesthesia to sedate.

Ok was not sure about that. Did they not say in the beginning tho had he had been given dermerol? Before all this Diprovan stuff came out there was news on the fact that he had been given demerol which is a narcotic I think.
