Michael Jackson Hoax Death

this could be another story like the one with the death certificate… i don't know….i really believe that most of what we've been reading/hearing since june 25th is not true . something just doesn't seem real here…i really don't think the story about the life insurance being paid out is true….…but if it turns out it is , then WTF is going on with this case ?   and if it is true , is his family really this cold ? is the police really this stupid to handle the case the way they have been ? a huge WTF if this true .

it isn't cold to collect on a life insurance policy….

that is why they are there, for the family to collect on.

Katherine Jackson has not had a role in Michael Jackson's business dealings during the past four years, despite her lawyer saying she did.

McMillan has been attempting to help Katherine get control of the estate through various court filings.  Looks like he's not done.

Yes, his estate will set up trust fund for the children and katherine to be paid monthly or quarterly….

but his life insurance payout is totally different…. provided through a life insurance company.

maybe im not reading the article correctly, but where does it say that the money comes from an insurance company? It only says (as i read it) that the money comes from MJ's estate – how can that be the same? Im just asking because i truly dont know anything about US law…..

The records, filed Friday in Los Angeles, are redacted and don't indicate how much the policy paid out.

A life insurace policy comes from a company… this money will go into the estate and the kids and Katherine will collect on it.

Hi guys… I'm not sure if we can take this information for granted! TMZ didn't report anything about the life insurance being paid out… and these guys are always digging and are the first to report news about the case almost all the time! So if they don't know/haven't reported anything about the insurance… probably the info is fake! And with this I'm not saying TMZ is a very plausible sorce! Please! :p

how can they pay out the life insurance before the dead certificate is signed and released… and that cant be done before the autopsy is closed?

I think this hearing is about his estate not about the policy,at least thats what i got from it,its katherine trying to get the Michaels estate in her hands

Jewell, i don't think MJbeliever was refferring to just the life insurance but the way the family has being handling the whole Michael Jackson supposed death. Are they really so cold indeed??? If MJ is truly dead then the family is indeed heartless. If this is a murder case and the family handled it this way then it's all BS. There are so many inconsistencies that still need to be set straight. What The F**k????????????
