This would help me understand the situation better. If he indeed was not availible to sign the death certificate at the house, why didnt he sign it at the hospital. Im confused. Also, isnt it true that as long as he doesnt sign a death certificate and continues to say he doesnt know what happened, he can not be held accountable if this is indeed a hoax? I imagine Michael would have wanted him to be with him for support in those initial hours of "becoming dead", and for any tranquiliser treatments. I was instantly suspicious of the 911 call, when the doctor didnt come to the phone, and had apparently been working CPR on him , on a bed. Every self respecting doctor would know that CPR is ALWAYS carried out on the floor or a hard surface, never a bed!!!But of course the staffer wouldnt have been banking on those type of questions or having the answers...
