Michael Jackson’s trainer, Lou Ferrigno, has revealed that the late King of Pop used to refuse to change into gym attire, and exercised mildly wearing a suit
Jackson had hired bodybuilder Ferrigno, a former The Incredible Hulk star, to help him get into shape in time for his 50 shows at the 02 Arena in London.
However, despite his desire to perfect everything linked to his live shows, according to Ferrigno, the Thriller hitmaker would not take work-outs very seriously. “His workout was nothing strenuous. He would walk on the treadmill for 10 to 15 minutes, and then we’d use the exercise ball to do different core exercises, crunches, lower-back exercises. We’d work with a rubber band on his legs,” Contactmusic quoted Ferrigno as having told Life and Style magazine.
And Jacko's gym outfits left a lot to be desired. “He’d wear black shoes, a white T-shirt, black pants, black socks and a black jacket… He’d keep his tailored jacket on!” Ferrigno said.
The bodybuilder revealed that thinking that Jackson’s first comeback show was drawing near often left him worried that his celebrity client would not be fit enough for the concerts.
The top trainer admits, “By the end, Michael didn’t look like he was going to be ready for the tour. He was always underweight. He’d eat only one meal a day. He didn’t want to gain weight. I tried to get him to eat, but I couldn’t force him.” He even said that Jackson was aware of the fact that he was not fit enough for his comeback.
“He always said, ‘I can’t wait to do this tour; I just wish I had more time to train. If he’d had two or three more months, it would’ve been a lot safer,” Ferrigno said.

sounds like a story switch up, iv heard 3-4 interviews where he said the Traning went really well, also that MJ had no injection marks etc, Also Dermot o'lerory said on Soccer AM that MJ was in good shape to, on top of this MJ was looking better then he was 4-5 years back.

I think so too. He was on Larry King live the day after he 'died' and said that Mj was in great shape and very healthy. He never saw any signs of drug use, though how could he if he kept his suit on, which doesnt makes sense to me. Why woould anyone keep their suit on to work out? I didnt take him for a liar, maybe even one of the few who were telling the truth. Either somebody got to him or he's been lying the whole time.

Here's an article I found that Lou did on June 30th with People -In this one the exercises were the same as they did 15 years ago. Now in the one posted above Lou makes it sound like Michael was slacking or something. If he was such a good friend of Michael's then why not leave it at what he said a month ago. Why play into the media's game of trying to furthur tarnish Michael? (the way the media has done for years)
Lou Ferrigno: 'Michael's Body Went Through a Lot of Stress'

Michael Jackson was determined not to let his chronic back pain slow him down as he prepared for his comeback tour. So he enlisted the help of The Incredible Hulk to whip him into shape.
“When the promoter hired him to do the tour it wasn't any question for me to train him again because he knew that he trusted me especially with toning and shaping his body,” says Ferrigno, who had worked with Jackson on another tour 15 years ago. “Being such an icon and he couldn't afford to have any injuries.”
Implementing the same type of routine he had for Jackson years ago – “conditioning, toning, and increasing his flexibility and stamina” – Ferrigno says the entertainer, “wanted to increase strength in his legs.
“The workout wasn't any heavy resistance. A lot of stretching and a light walk on the treadmill,” Ferrigno tells PEOPLE. “Being 50, his body went through a lot of stress getting ready for the tour, but he was awesome.”
Like others who had seen Jackson rehearse, the singer's death came as a surprise for Ferrigno. “I was devastated. I mean I was shocked. I still think of it as like a joke or a like a dream,” he says.
Ferrigno even recalled how Jackson wanted to show him one of his signature moves.
“He heard I was in the running to do Dancing with the Stars, so he said that he would teach me the moonwalk if I did the show,” Ferrigno says. “We had a lot of fun.”

This is another one he did on July 6th.
- felt 50-year-old Jackson was in great shape only months before his death, when they trained together for his comeback shows, and that he saw no signs of drug abuse.
-
“So I would go to his house with an inflatable exercise ball and 3lb dumbbells. He did not like the dumbbells. He said he didn't want big shoulders and big muscles like me.
“I laughed and said, 'Michael, there's no way you will get big shoulders from 3lb dumbbells.' “
- “He ate only one meal a day, always in the evening. He'd wake up and not have anything for the whole day, and when he did eat it was always vegetarian.- Not according to Kai who said he eat three times a day
- “He also wore whatever he put on first thing. So if he put pyjamas on he would wear pyjamas for the rest of the day. But it was always with a suit jacket – that was the Michael Jackson signature.”-He’d wear black shoes, a white T-shirt, black pants, black socks and a black jacket… He’d keep his tailored jacket on!” Ferrigno said. Which is it Lou?
If these ppl are going to speak then they should hire someone to help keep their stories straight or maybe come on this site and see what latest lie or contridiction has been uncovered!!!
